James said no problem and got it done for us at a reasonable price. We decided then that he was our guy from then on. This time we needed to have a roof rack moved from one Jeep to another. Joanna ordered a piece we needed to make it work and coordinated the delivery and install for us. Everything went perfectly and easy peasy as expected. When working with James and Joanna you never get that " do your homework so they don't try to rip me off because I'm female " pit in my stomach. The training manager (I believe her name was Violet, she was incredible!) spent so much time helping both my husband and me. She measured our feet, analyzed our gait, and helped us navigate our foot shapes and issues with various shoes and inserts. The biggest 'aha!' moment was when she showed me a specific way to tie my laces for my high arches. I never knew that was the trick to stop the tops of my feet from hurting! We both walked out with perfect hiking shoes and some other great gear. Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned pro, I can't recommend this place enough. I bought very expensive amount to coast brand shoes for $180 and very soon they started squeaking horribly. Unbearable. They only guarantee 30days refund policy so they will not take care off, refund, replace or fix these very expensive shoes after 3 months. Their own sales rep said, yes I know these shoes have a tendency to squeak. So why would you charge $180 dollars and sell to me the horrible shoes and never tell me the problem with them. Horrible product, horrible staff. No customer care. One person, actually said , we just sell shoes we do not make them so we cannot gurantee the quality. What a horrible thing to say to your customer and a horrible way to do business.
