Short story: I paid them $300 to get a gaming PC back up and running. It broke again within a…read moremonth. Same issue. He agreed to repair it under warranty, but after multiple weeks, and additional expense, they weren't able to fix it. When I lightly pushed back about the delays the owner threw a tantrum and told me to come get my machine but he was only giving me back half the money. I'll spare you all back-and-forth details but scroll through the reviews here and see how he responds to negative feedback. He's dismissive and lacks maturity. That's him. That's what you get. If you're cool with that type of behavior, have a computer issue that's easy to solve, and lots of time to get it solved, then AIT could be a good fit for you. If you want a professional that can confidently solve your issue in a reasonable amount of time, then you might consider other options. Edit: Look no further than the owner's rambling response to this review for evidence of my points above. Zero accountability, its always someone else's fault he wasn't successful.

I had called another repair shop beforehand and was quoted almost $300, which made absolutely no sense considering I bought my laptop open-box for only $400! Luckily, I found RAD Computers and saved a ton of money. Great service, fair pricing, and someone you can actually trust. I strongly recommend coming here for any computer repairs.

He spent so much time trying to find me a good deal (and we know that in business, time is money). I was so surprised at the price he was going to charge me that I insisted on maying 33% more (people that go above and beyond deserve to be fairly compensated). I know enough about the computer hardware business (having done it a bit in the 90s) that I can tell he has the highest ethical standards. For those that don't understand troubleshooting and technology, unethical folks could talk circles around clients to take advantage of them. Mark is 100% the opposite of this and is how we want everyone who does work for us to treat us - with integrity and at reasonable prices. Hopefully, in our work this is how we all treat our own clients and employers. If we want to see more good honest workmanship in the world, we need to recognize it when we see it and share it with others... as I am doing here.

Since I retired and my I-phone was connected to my work PC, I needed my I-phone to connect to my home laptop and Microsoft with regards to the calendar and contacts. Also, our Cox provider sold their email part of the business to Yahoo so we needed Yahoo to work with our Outlook. The first tech we had did his best to handle our situation. He did resolve our email issue, but after he left, there were problems with our contacts and calendar. This was nearly a 3-hour appointment. We set up another appointment a few days later and Josh W was sent out to tackle the issues. He was able to resolve our contacts and mostly resolve our calendar issue. I was very relieved. My phone still isn't in syn with our laptop, but we'll work on that during our next visit. I've worked with a lot of IT professionals both at work and home. It can take a while to find the right fit for the problem as IT techs have their different areas of expertise. Josh W was the right fit for this issue and we appreciate his methodical review and resolution. We highly recommend you start with the 4-point review before dealing with your issues. We weren't clear that the 4-point review of your systems only takes about 10-15 minutes and it then warranties the work. We did the 4-point review on the 2nd visit. Josh W made recommendations to expand our hard drive so it will work better as well as recommended a better back-up solution that what we currently have. We are on the road to getting our IT needs "buttoned-up." Thank you, Josh W.

I have spoken with the owner and the son, each one time, and the experience was not a good one, specially with the son. After having a general conversation with the owner, before I read the lowest reviews, I decided not to go with this company which is My Prerogative and probably no skin off their back. Some of the same comments in the negative section reviews I experienced during the conversation with the son. I don't think he enjoys the work he's doing. Just because you know how to work on computers doesn't make you better than anyone else. I know how to take the back off of my laptop and probably could do simple things but I choose not to because I don't want to have to order the parts, etc etc. A past company that I work for hired a computer company to work on their server and maintain their server and other issues such as that. That very person was working on my spouses laptop and didn't even know that there was screws to remove the back and took some kind of a device and cracked it open. He didn't even know to take the screws out and how he wouldn't know that doesn't make sense because no company is going to make a laptop that you can't open up and work on it. This is why anytime I take my laptop or PC them for work, I watch. If they don't like me watching, I'll just take my laptop back and go somewhere else. It should not bother any legitimate company if a customer watches.
