I just wanted a little pampering with a pedicure. I got the tropical pedicure and it was so worth it. My tech was so sweet and thorough. The environment was nice and relaxing. The owner got me a drink when I walked in while I was sitting and waiting for someone to be available. A very nice experience. It didn't feel rushed at all. I will definitely be back.

I was extremely disappointed with the removal of previous gel polish by Vickie and the…read moremanicure/massage. I was specific that I wanted the gel removed without a 'grinder.' I asked the manager when I made the appointment for the polish to be gently soaked off. He said yes that is ok. I arrived, stated again that request to hand remove the gel polish. Vickie said yes. Then after less than a minute of soaking Vickie grabbed the drill/grinder because she said the polish was too hard. I stopped her, she then scraped at my nail with a hard emory board scratching my skin. When it hurt, I asked her to slow down and be more gentle, she would start with the drill and complain it was too hard. So I told her that previous manicurist would soak the nails longer and gently scraped off off the polish. Anyway, she broke two nails and ended up cutting off weeks of growth. I will never step inside this location again.
