I wanted to do another review, went back to get my pedi & mani done. I requested for Anh again and this time I have nothing negative to say. She was so patient, helpful and really took her time in servicing me. The green mani was on 07/18, the maroon mani is today 08/04. I will definitely come back again. Thanks Anh.

After having a not so great of a weekend and the loss of my dog, I need a spa day so I decided to try this place out. It didn't start off great as the chair they sent me in was broken and only the bottom rollers worked. the guy that did my pedicure was good but they were trying to do my hands at the same time which to me is very uncomfortable getting your nails done the same time you getting your feet done when you wanna just sit back close your eyes and relax I asked him if they could wait until my pedicure was done to get my Hands or fingernails done... Once that happened everything else went better I enjoyed the rest of my pedicure and then I went to the table where Dee took over. She was absolutely amazing. She didn't wonderful job on my fingernails although I kind of wish I would've had a mini hand massage at the end that would've made this a five star reading. I will definitely be back to see her as I said she did my nails to perfection.

My girlfriend and I came in today about 2:00 pm to get pedicures and manicure. They took us right in. The salon was luxurious and clean. Linh took care for my girlfriend, and Anh did my pedi. I chose jelly pedi, it was very relaxing while waiting for my girlfriend to get her nails done. Linh and Anh did a great job. Its a comeback for sure.

I went in for a mani-pedi. Long did good job with the pedicure. But Anne was very sloppy with the Manicure. She didn't dust off my nails before applying the nail polish and I asked her to dust it. She said "it's fine" no it was NOT. My nails have little bumps from the dust bits under the polish. Then, I had to ask her 3+ times to paint my whole nail. She was missing the sides of my nail and near the nail bed. She asked me "is that fine?" Like helloooo. First rodeo? Why did it feel like I was begging her to do her job properly? Very sloppy job. Thennnn, I had to ask her to clean the extra nail goop under the nail because it was uncomfortable and she was giving attitude. Like... what am I paying for? A sloppy job? Why am I tipping? She was rushing for no reason. It wasn't that busy. Cuz she didn't do a good job. I'm going to get them fixed at a different salon. If u do Go to the salon... do NOT GO with Anne. Waste of money and time. The pics posted are right after I got them done. Very disappointing. I'm rating 3 because long was good and the people Except Anne, were nice and good energy.

I got a fill and found out I was over charged after I left. I got a fill which wasn't the best experience I didn't ask for a gel fill but was given one and then charged an additional 5 bogus matte gel polish charge. I was also left with acrylic al over my cuticles and it looks like I still need a feel because they don't address ur cuticles. The man I was working with refused 2 let me get up and wash my hands now I know it was because I wouldn't be able to get the acrylic off that easily. On top of that I gave him a tip making me feel real stupid after finding out the bogus 5 matte fee. Is this ur way of making sure u take a little off top.

Beyond irritated . I came here to try a new place out I asked for a French tip which is easy todo and safe todo esp trying out diff places . First off the lady who did my nails could not understand my needs . I asked for a French mani and one hand is thicker than the other and the side aren't done right ? I felt like she didn't take her time nor did she understand what I was saying . This is considered a spa day for women where we can come in and relax and y'all listen to us . So now I have to deal with this shit for we Came back 20 min later to show JESS AND SHE REDID THEM BUT STILL MISTAKES I DONT UNDERSTAND WHEN I ASKED FOR SOMETHING AND I SHOWED PICTURES WHAT MAKES ANY NAIL TECH THING ITS OKTO NOT LISTEN WHEN IM PAYING ??! To me it's just laziness just to get people in and out . I was really don't going to say anything but nail techs are getting lazier and lazier not giving a fuck about the customers needs

I've been coming for several weeks, since June. I get acrylics with gel color. The last couple of times I've been disappointed. My nail chipped less than 24 hours later. They did fix for me for free the next day. But now 1 week later, my whole nail fell off when brushing my hair! Staff could be friendlier and it's kind of messy behind the tables/desks. Hoping for better/more staff and consistent nails. read more

The lady was nice, but my nails look mediocre. I paid $55, even though I was told from a different lady that it was going to be $50, with their promotion. She didn't take all of my old gel off, so the dip was done on top, no cuticle care, no really manicure. I definitely won't be back and there's places who do better for the same amount. read more

This was my first Las Vegas nail experience. It's conveniently located near my house. I got a Gel Pedicure and my Daughter got a Gel Manicure. Walking in I noticed that it was modestly busy. I was greeted right away and taken over to a pedicure chair. Same with my daughter, she sat down and was tended to right away. The salon seems very clean. It was definitely comfortable. No strong smell from chemicals. The shop just seems nice and organized which is a major bonus for me. They have a really nice selection of products and colors. My feet were in bad shape and the man that did my pedicure did a great job. Really took his time removing the dead skin and cleaning up the cuticles. My daughters manicure looked great also. The staff was very friendly and professional. Very welcoming environment. The only complaint that I have is that I believe that I may have been overcharged. Very possibly and more than like by accident or miscommunication. For a gel manicure/pedicure I was charged$80 ( not including the tip). I thought my pedi was $45 and my daughters mani was $25. Overall, great place and I would definitely recommend! read more

I love this place! Everyone's so nice and welcoming. Had my nails done before quarantine and was exited when they opened back up. The nails in the photo were done by TK and she was very quick, genuine, and with her ideas. Been having them for over a week now and they still look flawless. This will be my permanent nail spot. Update: went back to get my nails done again and it was still amazing. TK is one of the best nail techs there is. She's so creative and supportive of new ideas. One of my nails broke and I went back to fix it. Not only they didn't charge me but TK made time for time for me on her super busy schedule. Thank you so much! read more

I called ahead to gauge the wait time. They were very accommodating and took their care in my manicure. It started to get busy, but they still took their time and ensured I was happy with the progress throughout my experience. The facility was clean, the tools they used were clean and sanitized, and they had a lot of choices as far as gel polish is concerned. What I also liked was they didn't force awkward conversation. I went in having not had a manicure in quite some time. My request was pink/whites. read more

At first, I was reluctant to stay because she kept trying to drill my nails down, but when she listened to my concerns we were able to get on the same page. Having been to my fair share of nail salons (all highly rated and found through yelp) I was so glad I stumbled upon this hidden gem. Although they don't have nearly as many reviews compared to other salons, my experience could not have been better. SERVICE: Accommodating, fast yet gentle. All staff seemed happy, with positive attitudes. During my visit, at least 5 clients came in and I noticed the staff greeted them on a first name basis. This was impressive - they must have a pretty loyal client base. COLORS: Wonderful assortment of colors -gels...glitter, nudes, holographic. LOCATION: Clean facility (bathroom as well). Plenty of parking. Nice relaxing atmosphere. SKILL: Exceptional pedicure - the hot stone massage felt fabulous and my polish looks perfect! For my hands I opted for a set of acrylic pink/white (ombré) in a semi/coffin shape. My nail tech, TK was a sweetheart... Friendly and very easy to talk to. She was fast and kept me informed every step of the way to make sure everything was perfect. The result: a flawless set of beautiful French Ombré nails. PRICE: You won't find a better price. I usually pay $65+ for a full set of pink/white French ombré nails... here they were $50!! I also really appreciated the fact that they did not try to talk me into any other services or upgrades. They are very transparent about their pricing and won't surprise you with an outrageous total. If you are tired of salons that overcharge for sub prime work, give this place a try. You won't regret it. read more

Another amazing visit... I trust no other place to do my nails. I travel from California to see mom and get my nails done here. The products they use are top of the line. I brought my mom here to get her nails done for Mother's Day and she to was impressed all around. Today we came back and she also got a pedicure with her nail fill ~ and she can't stop talking about the awesome massage chair and how friendly and the great job Cindy does. I fully recommend this place for the best quality nails. TK & Jess have both done the fabulous job on my nails. Cindy does my moms. I was calling around for a last minute appointments late one night and they called me right back. I had just spray tanned so I had to be careful not to get my feet and legs very wet. Next thing I know I have $148.50 coming out of my account on a regular basis and I NEVER signed up for this!! All because the front reception area personnel was having an internal "contest" to sign up clients around the holidays. Misuse and unauthorized use of customer's credit cards without their consent or a SIGNED contract for services is a NO-NO! I haven't had the mental bandwidth to deal with this just yet, nor has my schedule permitted.

The service I received was unacceptable. When I first walked in, everything seemed fine, but that changed as soon as I sat down. Before I could even express which service I wanted, the technician began cutting into my cuticles without applying any product. Then, within just three minutes, he used a cheese grater on the bottom of my feet, skipping the callus removal that was clearly stated in the service description. When I raised my concerns, the staff argued with me and insisted that I pay $30 for a pedicure that lasted only 10 minutes. I agree with Sarah S.'s review. My wife's nails kept popping off, despite doing dishes with gloves on. Less than two weeks fungus appeared. She tried soaking her nails in acetone for hours to get them off and all her natural nails ripped off. It's a shame what women do to try to look good; it's not healthy for your nails to put all these chemicals on them and pay $40 every 2-3 weeks. Women are slaves to these kinds of industries and I feel sorry for them. read more

I've been switching up nails salons recently, and this place is close to my house. I was able to get an appt only a half an hour out, which is great for a busy Saturday. They did a great job on my nails, didn't spend too much time unnecessarily cutting away my cuticles, which made me happy, as a lot of nail salons do this. Overall I think I found my new nail shop.
