I let the manager know I was at the store before this three yet I was still waiting and walked out. If you're not a 20 something I'd find another salon, I know I will!

About 15 minutes later we get called back to sit and my daughter got so lucky with her nail tech (Tam), a young man who was doing his all to make her experience good - I'm glad she got him! My lady came over 15 minutes after that, she did not make eye contact, she did not greet me and didn't say a word to me the whole time besides "water" meaning 'put your feet in the water' or a hard tap on my leg meaning 'take them out of water'. At one point I told her I had a hurt toenail and it probably needed a tool because a file wouldn't do the job (I do this everytime I get a pedicure and have never had a problem and the issue is visible) she completely ignored me. This was the most uncomfortable experience I've had, and it costed me $100 - worst part of all, it was my birthday and all I wanted was a decent pedicure with some hospitality!
