Upon entering the man did not greet us, he waited 10 seconds and said "sign in" as I was already doing it. He then got mad at us for touching the nail polish and said "put it back in the right spot". About 15 minutes later we get called back to sit and my daughter got so lucky with her nail tech (Tam), a young man who was doing his all to make her experience good - I'm glad she got him! My lady came over 15 minutes after that, she did not make eye contact, she did not greet me and didn't say a word to me the whole time besides "water" meaning 'put your feet in the water' or a hard tap on my leg meaning 'take them out of water'. At one point I told her I had a hurt toenail and it probably needed a tool because a file wouldn't do the job (I do this everytime I get a pedicure and have never had a problem and the issue is visible) she completely ignored me. This was the most uncomfortable experience I've had, and it costed me $100 - worst part of all, it was my birthday and all I wanted was a decent pedicure with some hospitality!

My friend got her nails done, not sure exactly what she had done but she has fake nails & got a bright red polish on them & her service was $45. Prices seem to be reasonable. Place was busy with customer's having appointments & walk-ins stopping by. In order to guarantee an appointment it is recommended to schedule one on-line. I've been having trouble finding a good nail salon that I'm happy with when I'm in the area visiting but I think I've finally found a place & I have already told my friend's & family about this shop.
