As someone who loves the Laguna Beach location of Gelato Paradiso, I'm not sure how I've missed this location after many visits to Fashion Island over the years. It's located in the Atrium food court where I stumbled upon it recently. Their ice cream is very creamy and flavorful plus they give generous-sized scoops. After perusing twenty-some flavors in their freezer, the bubbly woman behind the counter took my order: 2 scoops in a cup, one of biscotti creme (cookies and cream) and one of stracciatella (chocolate chip).
