Truffles and pralines are $84 per lb (works out to be average of $3 per piece) and their chocolate bark bars (aka FrischSchoggi) are about $60 to $64 per lb. Otherwise there are prepackaged boxes at set prices ranging from about $20 to $150 and more. Today I sampled the hazelnut chocolate bar, pava praline square, a white chocolate espresso truffle, and a champagne truffle. I ultimately decided to purchase the pava praline set (comes with 8 pieces) and 5 pieces of the white chocolate expresso truffles. Total was just under $40. They are located in Irvine on Technology Drive -- uniquely located and quietly tucked away among non descriptive office suites. Currently, they don't have a lot of merchandise in house. However, they have a robust e-commerce business. You can check out my pictures to learn more. In November of 2023, they plan to stock up this location more so customers can come and shop in person. I haven't tasted their chocolates yet, but they look delish and high quality. I have a box of their sugar free pistachio nut dark chocolate. It sounds so yum! Can't wait to try later this week!
