If someone without a membership goes in the members only line, there should be some consequence to deter them from doing this again. Otherwise, what is the benefit of having two Line lines for the memberships when they still have to wait for people need help to scan their credit cards? Obviously, once they're in the queue, they can't back out, so if they pay with a card or cash, charge them five dollars more if they're in the number line.
