My husband only went to this place because we got two free wash coupons in the mail. He prefers WashU. I only use touchless car washes. They have only one service attendant to take your payment, and do not use scented soap. Tommy's misses some corners of his car. Not much more to say about a car wash. read more

I had a crabapple on my hood that 2 times through the wash didn't remove. I stopped coming here because my license plate was always bent after a weak wash. read more

My first visit to this car wash. I didn't have an app so I went to the manned window. I verbally told Armany I only wanted a basic wash. He tried to upsell me but i declined. When I got into the wash, I looked at the receipt and he charged me for an ultimate wash, even though I told him at the window I didn't want it. Then I went to use the free vacuums, but they were broken the nozzle kept falling off really difficult to get in and out of this facility also. I don't think I'll come back here. I have a brand new and I got their ultimate membership since my car had a ceramic coating and I wanted to be well taken care of. after couple months of use my car got so many scratches and dents and they didn't care and didn't want to approve my claim. My car was really dirty due to the winter weather and the salt on the roads I seen Tommy's and it looked like a nice place to get a good car wash so I went ahead and chose them for a drive-through car wash. It was really good. my car was full of snow and salt and my car came out looking brand new again and the dryers worked very well there at some places your car is still very wet but the car was pretty dry and clean. I own an F350 Dulie whi h cannot be taken through a conventional car wash. The belt conveyance is perfect for my truck. When you add that to a perfect wash,they have something I've been looking for since i bought the truck six years ago. I used to get it done at Woodman's and they could never get the tailfate. I just had a great experience at this new car wash! They explained all their packages and did not pressure me to buy the most expensive one. For an automatic wash the car was fairly clean. Then I was able to use their free vacuums to clean the inside. Since it was July 4 th they had drinks and ice cream for everyone which my kids really enjoyed. This place has gone so far down in the last six months. The vacuums have no power - not cleaned out and the wash has gotten consistently worse! Half the time the sprayers in the side aren't turned on, so you start washing your car nearly dry!! Hello scratches!! The soap is getting light, barely any wax and the tire clean is non existent! The wash has a track, but it is not a track that your wheel is on but rather a flat track with brushes throughout my car came out dealership clean!! Looks new!! Best Car Wash around!!! From the friendly staff to their awesome state of the art tunnel, this place is a definite must especially on a nice day! Tommy's car wash tunnel is totally see through (which is my favorite feature). No closed dark and dingy tunnel here. We went on a bright sunny day and it felt like our car was on an outdoor/open air wash. So cool, highly entertaining for the kids and our car was sparkling! We'll be back for sure. read more

BE WARY if you love your car, my car was hit by another vehicle while in the middle of the wash, the driver reversed into me because she thought the wash was malfunctioning, there were only 2 employees working on a Saturday morning (with no manager on site) and neither one was paying attention to the cars in the wash( they could have stopped the wash if they were paying attention before the car backed into me), afterwards one of the employees took down both of our information and told me he was "submitting a case" and that a manager would call me, no one called me and I drove back 2 weeks later, and again no manager on the premises(starting to become suspect here), they called her up and she came in and gave me some corporate bs lines while not admitting to any fault , and I found out I would have to actually file my own police report and trackdown the other driver if i wanted any compensation as the carwash will take zero responsibility even if the accident was because they didn't have enough workers working that day, i had to get the scuffs buffed out and car detailed with my own money and there is still lasting damage on my front bumper, super disappointing experience read more

Honored to be the first review for this location. Needed to get a thick layer of salt off my car. My young son joined me on this journey through this brand new state of the art car wash. It was mesmerizing. The colored lights were beautiful. My kid was screaming with joy and laughter. I'm telling you- bundle the kids in the car and go through this tunnel. It's a hoot and crank up the tunes! Free vacs at the end with fun music playing outside as you do the finishing touch on your car. Get the works. The wax finish is beautiful. My car looks 5 years newer than it did going in! If you get the works twice a month, then just get a monthly pass and you can go whenever you want as often as you want! Really courteous staff too too. Kudos to Sara and Trevor& Jon (mgmt team). You can pay in cash at the window or download the app and load your credit card in advance - allowing you to go straight to the front of the line. This is really a top notch place.
