Went here a while back to try eyelash tinting for the first time. I had no issues with the service. But the location is NOT as advertised. It is not a salon, it's it a back room of a house in a neighborhood...I really almost just turned around and gotten right back in my car (should have) because it was super shady, no signs anywhere letting you know you weren't walking into some elaborate scam. In addition to that, when I first found the business here on Yelp it was for a business area address on Mesa. I went to that location and 10 minutes before the appointment was given the correct location which was clear on the other side of town. Who gives someone an updated address 10 minutes before an appointment?? Anyway...the service was fine, the only reason I'd even give a star (even though eyelash tinting is a total waste of money unless your eyelashes are legitimately white...just buy a good mascara), because the location and communication were atrocious. read more

Got lash curl and lamination, and they turned out fine , but, customer service at this place is terrible. I walked in the salon and signed one paper. There was no questioning about allergies or any background information given to me. My stylist never introduced herself, just ushered me to a table, told me to close my eyes and proceeded to do her thing for over an hour and a half. I had no idea what was going on, as I could not open my eyes. She came over periodically, worked on my lashes silently, and left. When it was finally over, she gave me no explanation or direction, just told me not to get lashes wet for 24 hours. Definitely, would never go back. read more

I went to Couture Lash Lab because my lashes needed a fill from another chain lash place. Turned out my lashes were previously done incorrectly and lumped together. Jessica carefully removed the old lashes and replaced them with ones that suited my current lash situation. When she was done my lashes felt so light and natural; not heavy at all! If I could give 0 stars I would. Made my appointment about a month in advance but called to reschedule once. The day before my rescheduled appointment I called to make sure that I was in the system & the girl on the phone told me "no we don't have you down for tomorrow.. we can see you the following day though. I'll put you down, so sorry for the inconvenience!" I showed up on the day the appointment was moved to (due to their mistake) only for them to tell me that they could not see me because they "couldn't fit me in". Poor business. -When I made the appointment they asked for my credit card and informed me that there would be a $50 charge if I had to cancel or didn't show, to pay for the technician's time. -I made it to the appointment 10 mins early, filled out papers informing me of multiple things like the fact that I would be charged 50% of the service if I cancelled an appointment in the future and if I had makeup on my face I would be charged an additional $15 to remove makeup. -A man with a baseball cap and football jersey loitered about, sitting at the business computer, While I filled out papers. I couldn't help but think he was getting customer info off the computer. I have no idea what he was doing but I really don't think he worked there. When the lady came in he jumped from behind the computer. -I then Discussed what I wanted with the technician. She was nice (reason for the star) and we agreed on a type of lashes. She put lashes on me then informed me that she gave me a shorter lash (not what we agreed to) because they "fit my eyes better". -After care instructions. I was informed that because it's fall I can expect my eyelashes to fall out and that this will not be because of the faux lashes. Hmm, I've been around a while, a lash or two falls out here and there but I never have lost a large amount at once and if I do now, it's because of the faux lashes. -Time to pay. I pulled out a credit card. She informed me then (not before the service) that their credit card machine was down and I would need to download an app on my phone to pay. I down loaded the app. Agreed to the charge then was charged an additional 3% for using my cc. - I was asked to make my next appointment. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the unprofessional approach of this place. I will not be going back and declined to make a follow up appointment - I would caution others from frequenting an establishment who treats there customers in the manner. read more

I asked for my first appt last minute and they accommodated me and gave me an appt for the same day. Which was very nice bc I am working and going out of the country. I went with just a half set but knew I wanted my lashes fuller and so I immediately made an appt for 4pm. I confirmed with Jessica 2 times because she kept saying 2 pm and I would reiterate 4pm correct? Well... when I get my confirmation text it says 2 pm. So I give them a call and the gal (Susie?) was very nice and said she would talk to Jessica and give me a call back. Jessica told her that she knew that we had decided on 2 pm and that I was incorrect. Ridiculous. I said 4 multiple times and to be told I was mistaken was frustrating... shouldn't they have owned up to the mistake? That I would have understood. I moved to El Paso a few months ago and the #1 thing on my to-do list was to find a place to get my lashes done that was to the same caliber as I'd experienced when I was living in Arizona. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with a different lash place when I first got into town but luckily I found Couture Lash Lab. They do a FANTASTIC job! I've seen Jasmine now a few times and my lashes look great (if not better) than they ever have before. Jasmine takes her time to listen to what you what and makes sure you understand the different options you have. Plus, spending an hour or so with her feels like spending an hour with a friend. Renee at the front desk even took the time to have a 10+ minute consultation with me prior to my first appointment because I was so upset with the horrible job someone else had done. She showed me different pictures of the different types of lashes offered and weighed in on what might work best for me. They are a little more expensive here but you get what you pay for- QUALITY. These ladies are trained, they know what they're doing, and your lashes will last and look GREAT! I could not recommend this place more! read more
