Was then told the original guy that came must not know what he was talking about because there was no leak and I should trust mayday because he's a master plumber. After he left I crawled back to see if there was a leak or if I was mislead by first guy that came out. As you can tell by the photos there was definitely a leak. Mayday has refused to return any of my calls since leaving. I would not trust these guys to do any plumbing repairs

I tried to patch it with some putty, but it was still leaking and just a couple of days before guests were to arrive. I saw all the 5 star reviews for Doc's, so I thought I'd try him too. He had just come back from vacation and must have had a ton of requests waiting for him, but like others have said, he got back to me, let me know how busy he was, and when he saw a break in the action, was able to come over and deal with the leak. We had a cobweb of copper piping in a very tight space to work in - it took me a while to just find the leak. When Ted was done, all that nasty old copper piping (the section he took out must have had 10 couplings in it), was gone and just one nice, new Pex piping was all that was needed. My jaw almost dropped to see how clean and efficient the work was. So yeah, please don't hire Doc's Plumbing! After all the dismal experiences with other plumbers, we want him all to ourselves! PS: his mini school bus is a really cool shop on wheels!
