I did a lot of research looking for a yellow sapphire for an engagement ring. If a store had one it was smaller. So we went to NYC for a 3 day dinner and ring shopping adventure. Requested an exchange which they did without any problem. Ordered an exchange which was processed. On Saturday i was informed by Fedex that they had delivered my package on Friday afternoon. In a panic, i contacted GemsNY & informed them that i did not receive the package, despite Fedex showed that it was delivered. After making that phone call to GemsNY on Saturday morning, in less than half an hour, GemsNY called me back and resumed me not to worry because they have tracked down the package that was still with Fedex.
