I am sure the folks at PPG thought I was a maniac going home with so many swatches, lol. Nonetheless, we're down to the 4 choices and swung by today to get the colors in actual paint form. Going to be painting some small test squares on one of the bedroom walls. Anyhoo, I ramble because it's important to know the type of customer the employees were dealing with and how their assistance and service impacted the visits. Extremely professional (these guys know their stuff and have great taste on top of that), friendly, and helpful in making my choices. I used it for one hour and then the machine did the same exact thing as when I brought it in. I took the same machine to get repaired at another place and turns out that they didn't change the packaging. Very Disappointed.

The prices are very competitive and they had just about everything I needed. I was able to get several swatches and then come back for sample containers to determine the right color for the wall. I love how the accent wall turned out and it's all because of Rooster's high quality paint and quintessential customer service! One thing to note, they close at 3pm on Saturdays so if you find yourself running out of paint you better get over there before they close or you'll have to wait until Monday to finish your project. Lesson learned. :)

The only reason I'm giving this company a 1 is because they were able to "match" my paint. A paint…read morethat I had previously bought granted years ago. But the kicker is that I needed a pint but they said because of "supply" issues they could only sell by the gallon. How convenient. This "supply" issue is an old worn out excuse for highway robbery. I see car dealerships with tons of cars now and yet here this paint company gives that excuse. If they no longer have the formula which BTW was a PP product and all they can do is match at at the price of a gallon go someplace that won't "force" you to buy a gallon and who can also match it for less than a gallon. I will never ever go back there. I might as well throw money out on my lawn.
