Love this store! We come here for most of our clothes. Our teens also love it. Proclubs are a bit expensive.

Horrible service..they would rather look at you than help you..not enough bigger sizes..especially 4x just jumps from 3 to 5. Need more tank tops in larger sizes. Got pressed to buy a more expensive shit to get words printed on..declined a few times and told they were one time only shirts. I didn't see anything cheap. The staff there is very unfriendly. As soon my friend and I entered the only person who welcomed us inside was the security guard. When we went to the counter to check out, the Latina woman who checked us out had a very stank and unpleasant look on her face, like she didn't wanna be there. I understand work can be frustrating but I've worked in the service industry since I was 14, and you have to learn to smile and leave any other bullshit at the door. It took several minutes of waiting just for someone to speak to us regarding the dressing room. Only one dressing room for the whole store w a limit of 3 items. He also appeared to have an attitude when performing the basic tasks of his job. Overall 2/10 experience. read more

Made eye contact when first walk into store. No acknowledgment. Had to walk up to the counter and get attention then explain twice how to adhere the number on the reversible jersey. Asked for a quote, $1.50 each side x 4 = $6.00 correct? The guy said it was $8?????had to correct him on the price. Place didn't look busy and was stalling for time. Didn't do it right away but made me come back to pick up later. The job was bad. Looks like it's peeling already and wrinkled. Poor customer service and lacking attention to quality of the outcome of the product. Save yourself some time and go else where. read more

Four stars? Exactly WHY am I giving a cheap, ghetto retail establishment four stars? Because this place fits my needs for ghetto fab clothing and accessories. Damn girl, it doesn't get more simple than that! So you walk in, and are immediately greeted by heinous flourescent lights bouncing off of cheap sheet metal walls, and the smell of fast and cheaply woven clothing. The employees aren't helpful or friendly at all, and look like they'd rather be anywhere but there. A size 8 ass couldn't squeeze through the rows of tightly lined up clothing racks. Buuuuuuuut. I think it's pretty sweet that I've scored boots there for $27 that actually FIT over my gigantic calves. I also love that I can buy basic black scoop neck tee's for $4. Cardigans for $10. Those tacky but wonderful door-knocker gold hoops that'll probably be tarnished in a month's time--but who cares? They were only $2! This place is kind of my dirty little fashion secret. I can't count the times i've had women compliment me on said boots, or my accessories, or my custom print shirts i've had made there. And every time I tell them where I scored, I have to whisper it as not to shame myself. It's like a Ross or Marshalls, but much more ghetto, loud, and tacky. If you have an hour to spare and $60, you could LITERALLY walk out with a brand new wardrobe. read more

There are good deals to be had here. Since we are older (40s) we mostly come here to get thermals since my husband works in a freezer...we can buy them in July if needed here haha. You really see some cool and fun fashions and trends along with some more plain styles that reflect current fashion. It is kind of fun to look around. Like a cross between a flea market and clothing store. Staff is preoccupied with themselves, I mean REALLY preoccupied, don't expect to thanked for your purchase either. hence 2 stars. read more

They make me wait so much just to get help they were two "not helping" After they done they trow at me the bag of clothing. Plus is very ghetto! I have been shopping here for years but these people make me feel so uncomfortable, I get it people steal however NOT me besides these clothes are cheap one wear type things. I'm not a big fan of their clothing. Definitely a ghetto place. I went in to get some t'shirts made, and it was a bit pricey. I didn't like that I had to pay a fee for bringing in my own shirt. I paid for the picture and all the lettering that should have been good enough. I would recommend going to a shop that actually focuses more on printing tees if you're going to do anything more than one shirt. I will use them again unless I find something out there for cheaper. read more

Mmmyeah, don't think I'll be going back after the experience me and my boyfriend went through last night. It's around closing time and I've picked every bra, shirt, and sweats I wanted. Don't get me wrong, the deals are amazing considering a tee-shirt costs anywhere around 15 to 20 bucks nowadays. A two dollar shirt is all a college student can afford. Anyway, we shop till around closing time and we're up at the register. I get out my card, ready to pay and the lady with her bra popping out goes, "Oh we don't except American Express." Me:"Really?" Lady with green see through sweater: "Yeah, sorry." My boyfriend pointing at terminal that says American express: "But it says right here you accept it." Lady with horrible green sweater that everyone could see her red bra through: "Oh, that's wrong." Covers the icon with her finger as though it means something now. Me: "Well can't we run to the ATM out in the parking lot?" Lady with....ugh: "Sorry, we're closed. The doors are locked." My boyfriend:"But, only one of the doors are locked. I mean, there's an ATM outside." Lady: "But we're CLOSED." Needless to say, the ladies aren't too good at problem solving over there. We ask one more time and they insist that they're closed and that the doors are locked. For one, if there are three other people with a lot of crap and only the "Enter" doors are locked, then I think that I would've had enough time to get some cash from the ATM in the parking lot, walk through the very wide, unlocked "Exit" doors, and wait in line until I could check out. Yeah, I get it, it's closing time, but you saw me here for two hours picking out my clothes. You couldn't let me run out fifty feet to buy the clothes I had been picking out for the last two hours? Their little terminal says they accepted American Express, so in the end if they couldn't accept it than the least they could've done is let me pay for it in cash. It's not my fault that they forgot to cover the American Express icon on the terminal, so why do I have to pay? What kind of freaking service....I mean my goodness! They must've really wanted to go home! Well, next day my boyfriend picked up my stuff for me. I hope they aren't on commission because the pretty hundred dollars I was going to spend there got cut down to less than half. The bras, sweats, and coats there are crappy and cheaply made (all the buttons fell off of one I was trying on, and it was priced thirty bucks?Oi!), if I can't even get decent service then why am I buying it? Told my boyfriend over the phone to take out the crappy jacket, ugly sweats, and cheap uncomfortable bras and spent forty bucks instead. So all in all, if you're going here, don't expect good service at all. The people are mean, and I'm sure if the manager ever got a complaint, they were just blowing it off. This establishment is more of a "we don't need your service, so take it or leave it" kind of place. Am I coming back? Probably not. No. Never. read more

Oh, i'm on 82nd and Powell next to food 4 less and this is the craziest most mood altering space complete with bad lighting and asian videos. There is definitely some good halloween costume making to be found in here but then again you might just end up looking like someone on the corner of 82nd and Powell. I was there to get sweats for the whole family and that it did provide, albeit Fire hazzard seeming materials. Cheap ass clothes, people, and monogramed caps and du rags. What more can you expect? The one staple of this place is their perpetual $3 tee shirts. I found plain solid color long sleeve shirts for $5 as well. The rest is pretty much the ghetto capital of Portland. What ever hood-gear you need is found here but it's no diffrent than any other demographic store (Pac Sun for skaters, Hot Topic for emos ect.) With that target clientele the staff is younger people who may not see this job as the most important thing in their lives, and ct accordingly. The fact that I can select from a warehouse of China made bootylicious wares after a dumpling binge is hilarious/amazing and is easily one of the reasons I love 82nd and Portland so much. Want a shirt screen printed? Done. Need a tight dress for a night out in China town? Theygotcha. Big hoop earrings for $3? Duh. I have a pair of amazing cotton stretch pants that have outlasted any of my others and I got them here for $9 two years ago. Service is horrible but, come on, that's not why you goto Gen X...right? Gen X is thug as hell and awesome. You can get cheap shirts, meshed hats, and diamond encrusted necklaces in shapes of pot leaves and money signs. All the thug wear is pretty humorous. Whenever I go in there, I get good deals and cheap laughs, I approve. read more

This place has a lot of good merchandise at good prices, but the customer service really overpowers that aspect. They never smile, they never ask if they can help you, they always seem like they have better things to do than to be there, i've seen them talking on their cell phones while ringing up customers... just the overall attitude of the people who work there make me not want to buy from them, even though they have good deals. The lines are always really long too even though they have plenty of registers and people to run them. If you want to get some good thick long t shirts at a good price, this is the place to go, but i guess you get, in customer service, what you pay for. read more

I like shopping here when I need a solid color shirt for cheap, with a girly cut... And every now and then I'll find a cute top or something, even though most of their clothes are meant for prostitutes and/or strippers... The thing that bothers me though? There's always one girl putting clothes back that looks like she hates her life. She doesn't acknowledge you as a customer, she just stomps through and shoves things onto racks... Maybe she only gets paid by how much she gets done, and also when she's done, she gets to go home... And she gets a bonus for scowling... I don't know. I just know it's a very negative atmosphere because of her. And the second thing that really annoys me is seeing an employee's boobs. Like, should I slip my money into her cleavage when I pay? Most businesses have limits so they don't make their customers uncomfortable. And I'm most certainly not a prude when I say this... But seriously? I get most of my screen printing done here, its quick and I can normally walk right in and get what I'm looking for. If I was to complain about anything it would be that the service isn't always the best, most times when I walk to the back to get shirts done I have to ask for someone to help me as opposed to someone asking me "what can I do for you?" All in all if you need a super quick, while you wait screen printing I'd recommend this place. Be sure to bring custom art on your own USB. read more

We had some shirts made here & took a week just to have 14 shirts made. So we go in today to have 1 shirt made & waited at the counter for an hour without even a nod or glance in our direction. It took the guy running the screen print 45 minutes for 2 shirts & that was just putting the screen prints on the shirt & onto the machine. He moved at the speed of a turtle. I watched several people stand there for 15 minutes & then leave. At this point all we had was the shirt we bought. No one had asked what we wanted or anything so after watching him for an hour on the same 2 shirts, he finishes & asks the couple if they wanted him to fix one of the shirts & they were surprised & even asked if he could when he looked over at my husband & I & completely smirked at us & said yes he could. Truly a very frustrating time that we'll never get back. Next time we'll go to CJ's at Top to Bottom & save some time & frustration!! Not sure why we went there in the 1st place but never again! read more
