I asked again and explained the need cleanliness when dealing with toenailsand the nail tech said that they reuse the nail file and the buffer. With foot fungus being so easy to catch, this is not sanitary. I asked two more times and they told me that they reuse nail files on different people's feet. I looked online and this is a violation of standards for being sanitary. I would never go back to this place. When I asked for the manager's name, they would not give me a name or contact info either. And at the end of the day, they acted like I was the one causing a problem when I asked why I couldn't have a clean nail file.

I know that Mia is always there and I was once informed by one of the employees that she is the new manager. So once again, not sure if I am being lied to. She checked with me to make sure I was okay with the color, then hustled me over to the dryer and proceeded to massage every knot out of my back in just 10 minutes. I didn't have an appointment but they took me as a walk-in. The staff were very welcoming and the spa was very clean inside. The jello pedicure is exactly how it sounds. I put my feet in jello!! It was so soft and squishy and it really made my feet feel good. A whole new spa pedicure experience. I enjoyed being asked during everything if the water temperature was okay and if everything else was okay. It's always nice to be checked on to make sure the client is comfortable.
