From the very first time I met Dr. Rad, I could sense his level of expertise, and I knew that if I needed surgery, there was no one else in whom I'd have more confidence. It came through in his confidence, his sincerity, his matter-of-fact demeanor, and his professionalism. He makes it clear that this isn't a game--this is his patient's life. Going in, I had a lot of anxiety as I knew how difficult the recovery from hemorrhoid surgeries could be. I decided to seek out Dr Chung as my surgeon in hopes of a smoother recovery. He provided detailed pre-op and post-op instructions which eased my anxiety a bit. I also like that he uses fancy stuff like laser, botox, and Exparel to aid in the recovery. By all accounts my surgery was successful. Nevertheless, as my luck would have it, I ended up having complications and subsequently had a really difficult months-long recovery. During that time, Dr Chung regularly checked in on me and provided professional guidance on when to get labs, when to start antibiotics, or when to seek additional medical advice. He was knowledgeable and empathetic towards my struggles. He also filled out my SDI application/extension and work accommodation without hesitation. During my times of need, having a surgeon that is easily reachable by phone was beyond helpful. Dr Chung doesn't take insurance and his fees can be a bit steep. However, if you have the means, I highly recommend him as he is truly an outstanding colorectal surgeon who puts a lot of care into his patients.

He was always responsive, patient, and reassuring. I will never forget that he even saw me the day before Thanksgiving, bringing his young boys along because he had no childcare. That moment showed me the kind of person he is. Most of my appointments were on Saturday evenings, the only time my husband could drive me. I still remember pulling up to his clinic, a clean, safe, quiet building, with his car often the only one in the parking lot. Despite the late hours, he never once rushed an appointment. I always felt fully cared for. By the end of this process, I truly believe he saved me from what could have been a very dangerous situation had I followed the original surgical plan in my home state. Dr. Chung is warm, knowledgeable, deeply empathetic, and kind. When he says his services are a flat fee, he truly means it. There were no surprise charges, no added fees at any point in the process, and no pressure. I never felt neglected or forgotten. What stands out most now, looking back after 7 months, is not just the care I received in the moment, but the way he guided my healing over time. I confirmed both text message and email on 5/1/2022. when I came over at my appointment time, the office is closed without any notice, so I called the office line, the operator didn't explain anything, just asked me to come back one week later. On 5/9/2022, this time I didn't receive any scheduling and confirmation message so I called office ahead of time and confirmed the appointment through the phone. When I came before the procedure , I was asked to speak to their billing manager to discuss the bill. To tell the truth I think the consultation fee was way too high (It is even more expensive than one time treatment and it was less than three minutes of talking). So I only partially paid the fee and was asking to waive the rest. How I can continue the service with threats. I paid the full bill she asked and left the office without seeing doctor.At that moment the money is not an issue but customer rights is! The whole treatment became a failure.

The 1st ENT, referred me to another ENT in his office, with more experience. I saw her 2x and she was somewhat informative, but the end a waste of time. She suggested I see a neurologist, but couldn't recommend anyone in particular. I didn't think that was the best way to go, so instead saw another (well-known) ENT 3X who he was very helpful, but I still wasted well. He was very far and it took 1/2 day travel time. So, I then I tried Mundi. I was so glad I did, he didn't try to pass me off on another DR. He wrote a dif type of eardrop, cleaned my eardrum and orered an MRI, something each of the 3 ENTs before him failed to do. With his care, my ear finally healed. I wholeheartedly reccomend him to anyone with ENT issues.
