Initially, Eduardo was highly responsive on Yelp and we quickly set up an appointment for him to come out between 12 and 4 PM the next day to make an estimate. I waited around all afternoon, texted him, but he never showed up or responded to the text. I sent another Yelp message in the evening and he responded the next day, "Hello, apologies, I was not able to stop by yesterday..." but gave no reason. We just had Eduardo and his 2-man crew here clean our gutters and downspouts. Communication was prompt; when it rained we had to reschedule to the following day and Edurado was timely with the communication. He showed up the following day, the cleaning took about 3 hrs. He even did a minor repair of a short down spout but asked us before he fixed it. Eduardo gave us the best price and he doesn't nickel and dime you to charge you extra for removing the screens to clean. Overall a great experience.
