Now we're just past our warranty and one of our posts is loose and pulling the fence apart. I called to see if they could help; they said they would call back but never did. They even sent me a text but I replied two different times and never got a response. Pretty unprofessional, but I'm happy to deal with someone else. It was clear at the time of the on-site estimate that this company was likely to be the best for the job. We were not disappointed. The back, wooden fence was repaired by a crew in one day and the repair included modifying the design to reduce the probability of wood rot. The aluminum sections were challenging as slopes are more difficult with aluminum than with wood. They managed this with a touch of creativity and the fence looks great. My only wish would be to have more input on hinges of the pedestrian gate- what was installed is going to be durable but a hinge that reduces the gap would have been preferred. Would recommend Capital Automatic Gates and recommend using a gate specialist for your gate project- fence contractors are great for fences but not as good with gates.
