She asked me when was the last time I cleaned the dryer vent with in the house. What?!? John taught me what to look for going forward. He was able to clean my unit out which was pretty extended of 33 feet, due to the way the house was constructed. John said that we made the top 10 list of the amount of lint and dog hair that came out of our system, over a 5 gallon bucket!!!!!!!; which consisted of Over 21 years of not knowing, the longest we have ever stayed in one house, many dogs, two kids and an active family life. John was professional, and personable. He provided more education on how often to clean, signs to look for if cleaning is needed sooner. He was very comfortable working while I watched.
