As of today, I'm told they accidentally shipped the replacement blades to the wrong customer and I must wait for that customer to receive and return them before they can be sent to me. We all know that Fedex can reroute packages so this further contributes to the LIES. If I return the damaged product, I am told that I am responsible for shipping costs. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Sellers like this should not be allowed selling on Amazon.

Her passive aggressive nature was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I made sure to thank her over and over less than 3 feet away from her and it was only her and I. NO response at all. I apologized no response at all. Her tone was loud and her demeanor was wildly angry . I have been to this location in the past. This experience was so poor I hope harbor freight tools checks in on the representatives that are the faces of their corporation. Btw the woman at the Islin NJ location( younger curly hair pretty) needs a promotion, a gold star and raise. She is truly a breath of fresh air to walk in to every single time I shop that location.
