I was so pleased with the pre-oil change service that I offered to meet Joseph for a BBQ lunch at a local terrific place. We met, chatted over lunch, and he went to work. The work was as neat and clean as the pre-work process. The bill was, to the penny, exactly as the estimate. Roger arrived on time as scheduled, brought all the necessary equipment to install the new and remove the old A/C unit. I took my vintage rv to Tom at Total RV repair in palm beach gardens to put a new roof on and redo…read morethe bunk so that the sides of fiberglass met and joined properly over the cab. HE PUT ETERNABOND on entire bunk and called it fixed!!! He took my resale value to nothing by putting an almost impossible to remove Eternabond bandaid on a structural issue. The side of my rv bunk is only attached to cab in several places by TAPE! He did not reinforce the rotted beams where a/c sat. So the new roof he talked me into is now sagging as much as original. I called him for cab-he botched that then talked me into roof and it wasn't even leaking! Tom Lowe at Total RV kept my rv for 2.5 months. He used eternabond without my approval. He demanded payment within 24 hours (he was going on vacation and needed money I guess??) or he would file mechanics lien. I never received an itemized list of repairs. Nothing. Just word of mouth estimate and complete hack job with inside bunk and eternabond. Pretty terrible repair. He was awesome at updating through text and photos for awhile. He refused to meet me for final inspection. I was forced to pay before seeing it. He definitely scammed me out of money for his vacation. Call anyone else but him. Even your neighbor would be better!

Melissa says the new shop is trying to get the most they can and I should bring it back to Excel (not going to happen). This place makes promise after promise and underdelivers on all of them. I am now having the roof repaired done at a reputable shop. They refuse to take any responsibility and are blaming everyone except themselves.
