I took it to another shop I trust and they found many of the repair items aren't actually in need of replacement/broken/damaged (and in addition the maintenance items they quoted were 25% higher than where I ended up having these items done...tells you a lot about their pricing). From one oil change, their reputation has gone from above average, to double-negatives. In short, at this point, they're looking to take you for whatever money they can squeeze out of you.

They did a simple transmission flush. I didn't have to move the car, he was able to work around in my garage easily. Afterwards, he explained their other services and what to do if my transmission ever became a serious problem. They did charge me an additional $75 to come to Parkville, But I thought it was worth it since I didn't have to drive to my usual mechanic and wait for them to finish the job. He saved me about a day's worth of waiting and driving.
