Christine, the medical assistant, is incredibly helpful--she answers all of my questions and makes every visit smooth and stress-free. Teresa, the office manager, is always present and hands-on. She never hesitates to help if you have questions or concerns. She's truly one of the most amazing office managers I've ever encountered--unlike others who stay hidden behind a desk, Teresa is actively involved and attentive. I felt like I'd just waisted my valuable time, and that they were very deceptive in not explaining to our group that they were not an actual medical facility but a group of chiropractors. I've been to several chiropractors and was actually harmed and not helped by any of them, I would not recommend wasting your valuable time unless you want an actual chiropractor and not a medical doctor.

At the Eastern office, I felt I was treated differently because I'm not Hispanic and don't speak Spanish. The service was unprofessional, and I left feeling ignored and uncomfortable. I decided to give the Sun City location a chance, but it was just as bad. I waited two hours to see the doctor, and she spent barely 15 minutes with me. When I tried to explain my symptoms and concerns, she dismissed everything and told me I was "too young" to have anything wrong -- simply because most of their patients in that area are older. She ordered a lot of bloodwork but didn't explain any of it. When I asked questions, she brushed me off and told me to take collagen and vitamins because I'm in my 40s. That had nothing to do with what I was actually feeling. She even made a rude comment when I asked about testosterone levels, instead of educating me respectfully. Both locations showed poor communication, lack of professionalism, and a complete disregard for patient concerns. If you're going to work in healthcare, you should care about people -- not stereotype them based on age, race, or language. This was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

I had a hysterectomy…read moreat a different practice and my issues and complications after surgery were dismissed multiple times and I could not find a provider willing to help me for months. My friend suggested the obgyn center so i made an appointment. I began with Dr. Rosie who is an absolutely kind, precious, and smart woman who treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. She did what she could to help, and after a few visits she let me know my complicated condition needed an extra pair of hands, so she referred me to Dr. Mauban. This is so tremendous because I have seen plenty of providers who will just dump you as a patient when things get too complex, the fact that she kindly and gracefully handed me off to a doctor within the same practice truly made things so much easier. It made me feel cared for rather than dismissed like i usually am. I greatly appreciate that she didn't make me find a new doctor on my own and i truly appreciate her and would absolutely see her again! Dr. Mauban has been absolutely amazing in addressing every single issue that I have had. If we try something and it doesn't work, she keeps digging for answers until something works. She is also extremely kind and so smart, even when she delivers me bad news she says it in a kind and compassionate way, she makes things very clear and easy to understand while still remaining empathic and compassionate. She always makes me feel welcome, comfortable, and i leave my visits knowing what the plan is. This is one of the few doctors that i see who doesn't leave me stressed and uneducated after my visits. I leave here feeling hopeful and like we achieved something. I cannot say enough about how I appreciate both Dr. Rosie and Dr. Mauban. It takes a long time to get an appointment here, but i cannot stress enough that it is absolutely worth the wait because you will recieve the best quality of compassionate care. Both of these women are absolutely incredible. I would stay away from here at all costs…read more It's one of the worst run businesses I've ever encountered 48 years It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone When you do, they're not very helpful And when you really need something, they don't call you back why they even have an answering machine or anything it's beyond being They'll pick up the phone and hang it up immediately just so you stop calling The doctor's OK if you get in there that was definitely not the problem. It's just dealing with them is a complete nightmare. It's very infuriating and a complete waste of time and energy especially for people are having medical issues and need stuff to actually work in compassion. I came in there at the end of December to get my prescriptions refilled and a basic check. They forgot to send one of them to the pharmacy. I called at least 75 times in 72 hours never got anyone on the phone. I left three messages because I needed this to get handled before the end of the year due to the insurance and no one still to this day as they called me back I finally got someone on the phone today and they told me I have to come back in to have the prescription set up again and I'm like dude isn't that why I went in there in the first place So now I gotta take another hour to go down there and figure that out and then deal with the pharmacy again another hour there it's two hours that's just lost of my life. I'm being murdered by minutes. They should be held accountable.
