I was told it was my imagination and that perhaps I wasn't feeling well. That was incredibly frustrating and dismissive. Less than a year later, I called again for the same issue--again I was told I was imagining it. Three months later, in the middle of summer, I had no air conditioning. This time there was no denying the problem--it was 88 degrees inside my home. The diagnosis was that the coils needed to be replaced. The stress of waiting to see if Air Ref would cover the labor was immense, but thankfully Trane ultimately picked up the bill. Then, just two months later, the compressor failed. Again, I had to hold my breath to see if Trane would pick up the charge because Air Ref would not. I was so relieved that Trane did. During an unusually cold Florida winter this year, my heat also stopped working. Air Ref was happy to come out and bill me for service. I decided to dress in layers. They would not acknowledge this brand new system that has repeatedly failed. They said, Trane will not do anything else. I am writing this review on a day when it is 92 degrees outside, with a heat index of around 110 degrees, and once again my air conditioner is not working.

Our units were "coastalized" by Corrosive Solutions of Boynton Beach. Our success is due to our AIRREF Co. customer service rep Mike Beamer who has guided us throughout the process of selecting units and meeting requirements for our condo rooftop installations. Basically, they can do only cookie cutter - if everything goes great. If there are problems they fix them slipshod. Asking them to fix that was raising frustration from their side! They ask everything to pay upfront. Never do that! After the job, their installation handler Josh just started ignoring me!! Why? Well, because you paid them and you are not interested anymore. I've been using Razorback Electric for years and using another major A/C company for my A/C needs…read more Last week my A/C unit was sounding a bit funny. Called my regular A/C Co, which that alone was a process, with all the prompts I had to go through only to have to be called. Got a date for them to come out, they looked at it, they said it only needs to be serviced. Paid for that. 2 days later the A/C unit is blowing warm air. On the phone same song and dance. Going to work the next day I see a Razorback A/C truck. Called on the spot, spoke with Meagan (an actual human). Scheduled an appt for the next day. Joshua came out and broke it down for me. Replace the whole unit or band aid it and get a few more months out of it. He was able to secure a window unit for us to rent until we made a decision. We replaced the 14 year old unit. Joshua would not leave until we were satisfied and comfortable with the unit. We even got a call back from Carolyn, who was extremely nice to ensure we were happy. Now I got Razorback for electric and AC. They were by far the best costumer service I have dealt with.
