When I arrived someone greeted me in the parking lot to do a quick forehead scan to check my temperature. They held the door for me and led me to the pedicure room. I was the only one in the area since they were keeping guests separated. The technician Natasha was professional, friendly, and easy to chat with. She changed her disposal gloves multiple times, kept a face mask on, and used disposable wooden scoops to get products. She also let me test out water temperature and warm towel temperature to make sure it wasn't too hot for my preferences. From the heated bed and dark room, to the tingling exfoliation treatment, relaxing LED lights and more, it was a great experience. I especially liked the dermaplane treatment (gets all hairs and dead skin cells off your face with no down time) and LED red light, which I had on my face for 15 minutes. Fun fact: NASA uses LED red light to grow plants in outer space, so imagine how well that helps stimulate collagen on your face! This is a popular spot, so be prepared to book months in advance. They sell and use the Eminence organic skincare line, which is gentle and seems to have pure ingredients. I was given some samples for the road, as well as a hot tea, which was so sweet. Enjoy!
