I could potentially be a future customer again or even spread word about this dealership if they actually have good customer service. After seeing how there boss doesn't say anything or make his place of business pleasant it trickles down to the office. We We're sitting in his office doing paperwork and he doesn't say two words to me. He then walks out of the office and doesn't say anything. Then Hamze walks in and tries to pressure me into doing a document that I clearly said I would do without him doing so, because if you guys wanted to do it then you would have charged me to do the same thing. I came to get the car and hand you the check. That's it! Got a whole check but can't refund me my holding Fee. I Repeat Stay away from Triad Imports! Your claims not adding up Triad Imports. Fix it!

I'm not ecstatic about the prices, but I don't blame them for that. I blame the terrible economy and the prices of new cars. In a bad economy like we've had, people run their older cars longer and so it's harder to find a good used car for cheap. I drove and looked over the car and bought it because I think it will be reliable for a few years at least. Josh was the only person I met at Oak Ridge Auto and he was super nice. I like the low pressure. They let me come back on a Sunday and pick it up, which is very nice of them. I would shop here again.
