Okay so I had to come here to review this place. Over the last ten years I have seen multiple…read moreinjectors at multiple facilities, and though I only went once (just yesterday) to Geneva, I genuinely had the best experience with the best results on my lips compared to anywhere else. First I want to start by saying this is a nice facility. Not some shady office, but also not a chain med spa vibe. It's clean and pretty inside. Secondly, the staff are so nice. This is my biggest complaint at other offices. So many snotty people. Arabella was genuinely the sweetest, most down to earth and friendly assistant. When she welcomes you in you'll genuinely want to be her friend. Third, Tatiana is also so nice, but on top of that she is so knowledgeable and skilled with her technique. I was a little nervous to get a full syringe because in the past no one has been able to do my small but shapely lips without causing migration. Tatiana walked me through everything and I truly felt like she wouldn't inject a full syringe if she didn't think it was possible... and boy am I so glad I trusted her because my lips look beautiful. The shape and symmetry are immaculate. I've thoroughly vet anyone I let touch my lips and have seen some of the best in the dfw but none were as good as Tatiana. You can tell she keeps up with the industry and knowledge in her field. And her technique is truly something special. Lastly, their pricing is so fair. As I mentioned, I've seen several injectors over the years, and I believe you get what you pay for... but at times I've definitely overpaid to end up with results that I wasn't totally pleased with. The pricing here is absolutely fair for a top quality salon. It's not Groupon price (but you should not be Groupon-ing your face). My full syringe was just under 700 but they also had a special going on so all in all I think I paid a little over 600. I also saw her open new product in front of my right out of the box, which is important to me because over the years I've also learned that sometimes injectors will dilute or mix products with a cheaper less effective product. I will absolutely be coming back and also will be recommending my friends/family to go here because it feels so difficult to find genuinely good injectors who aren't snotty and are also highly skilled. For back story, I had been getting lip filler and Botox from another medspa but it wasn't lasting as long as I would've liked it to. I stumbled upon Geneva Med spa on instagram and immediately booked an appointment. Tatiana did a beautiful job on my lips and toxin. My lip filler looked phenomenal and my toxin lasted months compared to where I was going previously. I've been back since for more toxin (4 months vs the previous place I went to for years my toxin would only last me 2 months) and a hydrafacial. I wholeheartedly trust Tatiana and her experience as an injector when it comes to my face as well as her staff at Geneva med spa with my beauty services. 10/10 I cannot recommend them enough!

NO RESPONSE. But, rest assured, they still keep sending me ads for other treatments! And yes, they have replied to that number in the past. JUST POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I waited until around 5 days post facial to write this review…read more --First, I got very lucky with my timing b/c I asked for a facial literally right after she had a cancellation so I got in next day. But otherwise, expect to book 4-6 weeks out. --Follow her easy to understand email instructions to confirm your appointment by text, and also show up 10 mins early to appointment. That's not too much to ask. --I am 40 and have never had a facial before so I don't have anything to compare this to. --I was surprised by how fun this experience was. Really pleasant and entertaining conversation. I felt like I made a real friend. --Viktoria asks some prelim questions about products you use and medicines you take. You change into a towel robe and the facial begins. I arrived at 3:50 and walked out at 5:30. --The extractions weren't that bad but the whole time I kept thinking how blotchy and red my face was going to look. But guess what? It was not blotchy or red at all! No redness whatsoever. She must be magic. --She did steam, extractions, a mask, infrared light, some other electric thing, moisturizer, massaged my head and shoulders, it was all really nice. Cost with tip was less than $100. --It doesn't matter if you go in wearing makeup or not. --Don't plan any workouts post facial- nothing where you'll sweat afterwards. --I have had no breakouts, no peeling, no negative after effects from the facial. My skin looks great. Even my husband said I looked younger. --There was no pressure to come back at any given interval, but I will plan to go every 6 weeks or so. I already booked my return appointment. --I can't think of anything negative to say. Viktoria is really wonderful. The only possible downside I can think of is that due to location, you're not getting the nice spa atmosphere, but it would cost twice the amount at a fancy spa and you'd likely not get anyone as well trained and experienced as Viktoria, so I really recommend Viktoria for a high quality facial at reasonable price.

It's hard to find professionals that still offer super thorough facials and don't rush through every step then shoo you out the door. I typically get the Puracne oxygen specialty facial and she always spends over an hour cleansing, exfoliating, applying masks, steaming, extracting, and disinfecting my face.. ya know, the works (how do I know all this? Because she's thorough, and I ask a lot of questions.. heh.) The process is super relaxing start to finish.. except the extractions, which are a necessary evil since I'm prone to lots of blackheads haha. Never had any issues with scarring on any of the extractions done on my face, and by the end of the facial, my skin SO DANG SOFT. Love that she is open on Saturdays, but just make sure to call/text her to make an appointment as she does not do walk in's. I don't even live in Dallas anymore, but I don't trust anyone else with my face and continue to schedule appointments with her whenever I'm in town for the holidays/vacation. She has a room in the back of Evelyn Kershaw salon so you can enter through the hair salon's front entrance, where the front desk can help guide you, or there's also a back entrance and parking lot you can enter from. Her room is well kept, clean, and comfortable. Facials can be a little pricey but it's a luxury I think is well worth the investment and something I look forward to each time.
