If they happen to notice something that looks like it may need attention, they'll point it out and let you know whether it's something to keep an eye on or something worth addressing sooner. I've caught several issues with my cars early because of things they noticed during routine service, and I'm incredibly grateful for that. I've had everything from leaks and worn components to small things like loose or missing hardware pointed out to me. They never make me feel pressured or like they're trying to find something to charge me for. They simply care about doing good work and making sure you leave with a better understanding of your car. Even something as simple as an oil change gives me peace of mind because I know my car is being treated with care and attention. I dropped off my car at 8:30, but there was already two other folks in the shop's dual bays. They said it might take half an hour to take care of the other clients and then 2.5 - 3 hours to take care of business. I waited at the Starbucks across the way and showed up a little after 12... and the car was ready to go! I could've shown up earlier but Dom hadn't had a chance to call me. Brake job so far is doing well. No noise, no brake pedal vibrations. Parts were OEM pads and rotors. I brought it here because they had good pricing! And obviously quality work too! Dropped off my vehicle and work was done sooner than originally quoted which is a good thing! I paid for what was quoted with no hassles or any sales pitches which I appreciate! The gentleman who greeted me when I first came in right when they opened was pleasant and actually looked like he wanted to be there very easy to talk to and straight to the point. They diagnosed the source of the oil leak, and because I have an extended warranty, I went through the warranty process and authorized the repair. Their labor rates exceeded what my warranty would cover, so I paid the difference out of pocket. Unfortunately, this is where my experience went downhill. After the repair, my car continued leaking oil for more than a year. I brought it back multiple times, and each visit resulted in another attempt to fix the problem, usually by adding more gaskets. It became clear that they were taking shortcuts rather than properly diagnosing and repairing the issue. At one point, I discovered they had even stuffed rags around the oil pan. After several unsuccessful repair attempts, Auto Stop finally admitted they could not fix the problem. To make matters worse, during the course of their repeated repair attempts, they damaged the upper oil pan. Their only recommendation at that point was to take the vehicle to the dealership. That's exactly what I had to do. The dealership corrected the original oil leak and repaired the additional damage caused during Auto Stop's failed repair attempts, leaving me to pay for work that could have been avoided. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Auto Stop. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into more than a year of frustration, repeated trips back to the shop, additional damage to my vehicle, and significant extra expense.

Only one car was ahead of me getting worked on and Diante was the employee who approached me asking what services I was seeking. I informed him an oil change and that I had a Groupon. He performed an inspection on my headlights and brake lights then proceeded to get my profile started with them since it was my first time. A little after 9 is when it was my turn. Another employee named Viviana asked if she could inspect the inside of my vehicle such as my cabin air filter and then my engine filter. She was just as friendly and provided excellent customer service as Diante. I never felt pressured to purchase extra services and felt they were merely providing knowledge on things with my car when it comes to maintenance. I ended up adding the tire rotation into my service which I got 25% off with my Groupon. Woo hoo! All in all, about 40 mins for my oil change and tires to be rotated while conveniently sitting in my car. Highly recommend. I will be sure to return for my next oil change!

More often than not it's a 45 minute excursion in which they try to sell you a $50 air filter you can get for $10 and literally install in 30 seconds yourself, $20 for a fuel additive, $35 to rotate your tires, etc. all that is expensive but "normal" -- the real thing that gets me is time. Don't go if you don't have at least an hour of free time to wait.

After about a 30 minute wait the worker here was under the hood of my truck working on an oil change. They don't go under the vehicles here but instead through the cap of the motor sucking out the oil with a machine. You bring your own oil and filter and they do the work here for $16. It came out a lot cheaper than other places and I don't have to worry about them stripping the oil pan screw. They were doing a great job detailing cars here and I asked how much my truck would be. $50. For the inside and out. I plan to go back and get a detail and oil change when I need one.
