Really great spot to get your car detailed and an oil change all in one. My dad showed me this spot on a Saturday. Pretty busy but line moved quick. After about a 30 minute wait the worker here was under the hood of my truck working on an oil change. They don't go under the vehicles here but instead through the cap of the motor sucking out the oil with a machine. You bring your own oil and filter and they do the work here for $16. It came out a lot cheaper than other places and I don't have to worry about them stripping the oil pan screw. They were doing a great job detailing cars here and I asked how much my truck would be. $50. For the inside and out. I plan to go back and get a detail and oil change when I need one. read more

Pricing has changed over the years but this is one of the only "hand wash" places left in south sac. There are other hand washes in south sac but they pass them though a car wash so idk what they mean about that lol. They have specific open hours but I feel like that changes. There's been Saturdays I've came at 2pm and no one's here (they close 3pm Saturdays) so I've you're coming on a weekend come early. As far as pricing they used to have prices posted for cars and trucks but now they only do for sedans/cars. $17 for exterior. Very dirty extra $, Vacuum trunk extra $ Truck / SUV / VAN says check price but there is non listed . They do good hand washes. I normally run through quick quack on my daily and hand wash my Mustang but there are times I'm lazy and come here instead. They always do a good job and never miss a spot. I love a good hand wash and I loved this place in the past but the price went up but the quality is TERRIBLE!!! I paid for my car to be washed inside and outside and both are sub par!!!! My dashboard is still dusty, my leather seats were not wiped down at all and the vacuum job is terrible. I got here every blue moon and the details are good and pretty speedy but when I came to get an today to get a oil change they were rude and inconsiderate I've never been treated this badly going anywhere. This is a no-frills car wash but they get the job done. They do hand washing, hand drying and waxing. It cost $45 for my SUV an interior and exterior car wash. If you go during the weekdays, it can take about 30-45 minutes. You can stay in your vehicle while they wash the exterior and then they have you move your car to the next bay for hand drying and cleaning out the inside. It's December, registration is due on my wife's car and we just got the warning light and air hose fixed. Routine is change the air filter, change the oil, change the oil filter, go for a drive down to Lodi and back, pull up to smog, pray to the saint of smog checks and canned sardines; and hope my wife's 2003 vw beetle that she chose because it's yellow, passes another year. I came to WDI, not in spite of the bad reviews, but because of them. Every negative review was because of the customer service, not the quality of the work for the most part. Screw it, 10 bucks for good service or 40+ for good service and an ego stroke. I'll take my wife and kids to ice cream and have money left over. The place was exactly what you'd expect. Pretty sure sitting down at one of the craptastic tables will at best leave a oil stain on your wallet socket, at worse have your spouse hunting down a splinter on your butt when you get home. As I didn't feel like an anal souvenir of my visit, we stood next to a little red box that had "DO NOT OPEN" sharpied on it. OMG the suspense. O 10 minutes later, car is done with a smile. No cussing, no dead pan arguments, no new dead hookers in the trunk. No, they didn't white glove us but in the time it would have taken us to argue over what to do with the used oil and lost our minds trying to find the fifth oil wrench we bought, it was done, over, and we didn't smell like Pick N Pull. Good for price point. Dont expect free coffee, clean bathrooms or nice customer service while you're here!! They provide you a service of a hand car wash and or oil change for your car. Both these services are priced wayyy below anywhere else! Name another place where they do exterior hand wash and hand dry your car all for $10 or even better yet, hand wash and dry exterior and interior clean for $20 (I wouldn't call the exterior or interior work "detail wash" and neither do they). Also, try to name another place where you can bring your own oil and filter and they will charge $12 for the labor (Oil change labor costs more on Euro cars). YES they could have done better work and focused more attention to detail on cleaning your car. YES they could use more clean towels. YES they could be a little more friendlier. YES they could be more accommodating to their customers for wash and oil change. Not that I disagree with what anyone else says but.... its $10 LOL As long as I can get an oil change (as long as I bring my own oil and filter) and a exterior car wash for under $25 I can work with the lack of customer service and lack of convenience settings. If those things are important to you, places like jiffy lube, independent auto shops, or the dealer might be a better option for you. This place used to be somewhat decent 10 plus years ago(even tho they use towels that looks like they found it from the gutter to dry down your car. Just today i went to get the exterior of my car clean and as soon as the dude that was drying down my car told me it was done i walked up to it to give it one more inspection and i see my whole hood even the windshield not wiped ( i seen water spots all over my windshield after i pulled off). First thing i saw was a big ole line of smeared grease or some sh1t on my hood, i turned around to dude b4 paying him and told him to look at it and ask why didn't he wiped it. He just looked at me and shook his head and giggled and said no, like the grease smudge was impossible to wipe off. And then he tried with little to no effort to wipe it and said no(like he cant do it anymore). I looked at him like wtf?? Best bang for the buck in Sacramento. I was apprehensive at first, due to location and appearance however, they do an incredable job and the cost is equally incredable! Hand wash exterior $8 and I always tip $2 more... and interior is $8 but it doesn't need it every time but when I have them do the interior I tip them $2 as well. The exterior even includes the tire dressing! I discovered this place by reference from a friend a couple of years ago and I take both vehicles every week. I can tell you that my expectations are very high...look at my vehicles and you'll know. They do an awsome job....very hard working guys. When they dry I do wish they'd dry the door jambs and truck jamb when I'm just getting an exterior wash but for the price, I'm not complaining. They do dry those areas and do so much more when you're getting an interior/exterior job done. So for $20 you get a great car wash and a little tip for them and they are fast! Much faster than a regular full service car wash. I went in last Sun. to learn that they had a couple new detail guys there to hand wax. It's $25 for most cars. I had him do my truck and they did such a great job that I went home and brought the car back. Then I asked him about my RV, which is relatively new a 2013 model. I brought it down, we agreed on an incredable price and I turned them loose on it. Half an hour later it looked like a different RV......it looked the way it should have looked the day I bought it! Give this place and these guys a shot at your vehicle one time.......you'll be back! By the way, just for the record, I've been to all the high end car wash and detail shops, I've tried several mobile detailers and paid a whole lot more. They all left me feeling like I didn't get my money's worth, that they could have done a better job. You don't leave this place feeling like that, you leave feeling like "I definately got my money's worth and how can they afford to do a job like this for so cheap?". I have used this location to get my oil change before and had no problem. This time, I don't know what went wrong but there was oil LEAKING!! I drove for 13 miles, parked my car and came back and OMG....OIL!! I was furious that I couldn't reach anyone. I later took my car to Pep Boys and they helped me adjust the filter. We have been coming here for 4-5 years now. This was the first time we did not see the owner. The service is now $30 for inside and outside of the car, most we have ever paid. This would not be an issue if the service was the same. Today was the worst experience we have ever had here. When we got our car back and it was not vacuumed. The mats had been placed over dirty carpet. We informed the guys who washed our car, one guy huffed but took our car and vacuumed it himself. All in all the vacuuming was a 7/10 but let me be clear... a cleaning rag never made its way into the car! 0/10 on cleanliness. We will NEVER be back. read more

I like this car wash because they do an excellent job. I must admit that it's a ramshackle of a place, however they will do a superb job in cleaning your vehicle. With that said, if you are both brave and willing, I would like to encourage all of you who scoot around town in a filthy car, to try this place. The people who work there are all hard workers which I really appreciate. They work efficiently and as quick as possible. Most days when I go it is busy because of the great deal they offer; 8 bucks for a car wash and 8 bucks for a detail inside. I like this place and the work they do, if you compare the work and pricing of this place to others, this is the place to take your vehicle. What I don't like is that they have a few workers who try to charge more than what the stated rate is. This happened to me today, however I told the guy no, the price is ? Another guy who has worked there for a long time agreed with me; he did at first tried to let the other guy over charge me until I challenged it. It was their lost because I was going to give them a tip that would have brought the amount, to what the worker had tried to quote me. April 20 at around 2:00 pm I had a very rude washer who would not used my soap for my car. I told him I've been coming there for over 5 years and they always used my soap. He was really rude in speech and manner and gave a tantrum because he don't want to rinse out the sponge for my soap. He told me that nobody like me here and told me go to another car wash. I drove away as there is no point in arguing with someone with a hot temper. The owner should screen out who they hire especially someone with a temper who can turn violent. I complained to who I thought was in charge and hopefully that person is no longer working there. He is middle age with a large belly and is medium height. I will not go back unless customer service improves. I went to another car wash on Florin Rd across the street from the high school which has better customer service and safer environment. read more

They're a hit or miss sometimes.. The one guy that washed my car did a good job, just forgot to wash the window in the front. The guys that cleaned my inside did a great job vacuuming but didn't clean the door areas (like the cracks) too well.. Just a simple swipe is what it looked like and residue was still left. Though I've had them do better jobs on my other car (SUV) but I guess it just depends on the workers, their scale of busyness, and what kind of car it is..
