I took my PS5 in to this shop to get it repaired. At best the repair was done sub-par. At worst they know they have quality issues and are defensive when approached about it. I finally took it to another shop and to get it looked at because the people were sure it was my problem. I wouldn't take a pair of glasses with a missing screw to these guys for repair. Somehow their not fixing it would still be my problem. I approached them with a diagnosis and pictures to see if they would SPLIT the fee that another shop charged to do the job right and they refused. They didn't even contact me back. I was left to troubleshoot on my own and was told to replace my HDMI cables after testing all of my known working cables in my house. What a joke. Poor customer service. I brought my phone in there to be serviced and a couple of months later the screen popped out and cracked. It looks like they didn't put one of the two charging port screws back in. I brought it back to see if they would fix it. Or work with me. Kevin, the guy with a tie, was very defensive and placed the blame on me.... Ha. Well, there are other phone repair places in town. I suggest using them. I fixed mine myself for 25 bucks. Terrible! These guys did a sub par job fixing the screen on my phone. The glass was loose when I got it back and was told not to worry about it. Couple weeks later cracked screen. Took it back in and the counter person tried telling me it was the LED. After convincing him to run his finger over it well what do you know it's the glass. Told him all this and they advertise a 90 day warranty. Still wouldn't fix their mistake. Do yourself a favor and take your business someplace else. read more

They made a good try at fixing my phone. It took 3 attempts for them to get the right screen for my Nexus 5 and it is still having issues. They did give me a free case that they had in stock to ease the pain. read more

Terrible experience. I asked if they could fix a broken screen for iPhone 4S, they say yes, when I went to pick it up first time I noticed the screen was thicker so the home button didn't feel right. I asked if they could get the right fit, (they told me in the beginning they could fix the screen) they say yes. Second time they got the same screen. First employee didn't know much, second employee (the one that told me the screen was fixable) told me he was only giving it a shot or try, he walks away without any notice and manager owner (Kevin without last name) come out, he said I misunderstood their service. Now they are going to put back my broken screen, and it would take between one and two weeks) I am not going to paid for a service they said they could do and they didn't. I was sold a phone a few months back and the battery is already dead. I went in to see if they would replace the battery and was told it would the warranty does not cover the battery and it would be $50 for a new battery after a diagnosis that could even be done for over a full 24 hours. read more

Take my advise and give your business to someone who knows what they are doing, this store is an absolute scam. By "fixing" your phone screen they basically take a knife and cut around the edges of the screen and pop it out. The problem with my repair was that the cut my Touch ID cord which made my scanner no longer work. Then when putting the screen back on they messed that up by not putting their glue on correctly so that the screen popped up around the edges. So instead of the 150$ that they still made me pay, I had to go buy a new phone, for 600$. So I had to spend 750$ for what they messed up on. read more

I went to Genius to get my iPhone 6s repaired, I already had more then half the job done. It was saturday and they said they couldn't get to it until tuesday because their tech has the day off monday. First off i would like to say if your technician has the day off there should be someone there to replace him for a day. I desperately needed my phone for work and i begged them to do it sooner, they said they could not. I then asked if they would sell me a screen, the one i had was for a 6 and not a 6s, the store manager said "I don't normally do this, but i will. Just know the second you walk out the door it is past any kind of warranty." I didn't mind about warranty because i have fixed many iPhones, iPods, and iPads all the time and know how not to break the screen. i buy the part and bring it home. The second i got home i plugged the screen into the phone and turned it on to test it. The LCD was damaged. There is a big black line through the center of the screen. It was passed 19:00 so they were closed and i had to wait till monday. the screen still worked, so i put it completely on and I am using it with a big black line. I called Genius on alpine and the manager said i know what i was buying when i bought it. That makes me believe he knew he sold me a damaged LCD. I called corporate and they sent my complaint to the District manager and said i should get a call within 48 hours. Unfortunately i was too impatient to wait, so i bought a screen from iFixit and put the screen on. the district manager gave me a call and truly apologized for what has happened. He told me to bring my screen to Genius and get my money back. All my issues were solved. I would like to thank the district manager for helping me and taking time out to service me and solve my issues. Overall my phone was fixed, after I dropped it. Tiffany was a wonderfully calming presence in a stressful situation. A five star rating was not achieved as they only had white screens available. And there shouldn't be a charge for a "rush" service. People need to stay connected with technology through their phones. An 1 - 2 hour timeframe in the middle of the day is reasonable to expect as a customer. read more

Do not use this place!! Brought my daughter's phone in with a cracked screen. They quoted me $112 to fix it then when we left the shop they called and told me they were wrong and the lcd screen needed repair now as well and the price would now be $149. Fine, fix it. When we received the phone back the home button was now loose and didn't seem to work correctly. The next morning the phone cracked again!!! Just sitting, nothing happened to it. I returned to the store that evening. The technician looked at the phone for a quick second and said they would not fix it because we had to have damaged the phone, which we did not and I would have to pay the for a new repair!!! I'm trying to get a refund so I can take the phone to a place that will be able to do the work correctly without defective parts and will actually stand by their work. Save yourself time and stress and just have the Apple Store fix your phone. read more
