I finally took it to another shop and to get it looked at because the people were sure it was my problem. I wouldn't take a pair of glasses with a missing screw to these guys for repair. Somehow their not fixing it would still be my problem. I approached them with a diagnosis and pictures to see if they would SPLIT the fee that another shop charged to do the job right and they refused. They didn't even contact me back. I was left to troubleshoot on my own and was told to replace my HDMI cables after testing all of my known working cables in my house. What a joke. If you want it done right, take it somewhere else.

I had to give them my husband's number to text when it was ready because I didn't have another number. Customer service was great! My battery health capacity was at 73% and I could easily my new one at 100% health capacity. My phone was only 30% charged when I got it back because they said that's how new batteries come. It would have been nice to get my phone back fully charged, but I'd also rather have my phone back sooner. They are located between Vitality Bowls and MOD Pizza at Centerpoint. They take walk-ins but only allow 2 people inside the small building at a time so you may need to stand outside to wait. They are currently closed on Sundays but that may change. My 5 star rating is because I happened to catch someone at the store when I picked up lunch next door and they squeezed me in when they're normally closed. Thank you so much!

I'm glad we did because it was not easy. Joel was patient and professional and I am so grateful for his help. When the usual transfer application failed, he went above and beyond to figure out a way of getting all of my daughter's data transferred, and was even successful in recovering some applications she thought she had lost. I cannot thank him enough! Their store is easy to find, clean and well laid out. In addition to the repair services they offer previously owned and refurbished Apple products for purchase. I will certainly turn to them first for any future issues we might have.

Once was enough…read more Got my iPhone 8 Plus screen replaced here, and immediately could tell that the pressure sensor was off, meaning applications would not work correctly, typing was off, etc. The screen they used to replace my old one was cheap, it cracked after normal use, and even popped out of place. Will not be coming back, shoddy material, shoddy work. uBreakIfix is a much better company, uses correct parts, and their work is mint.

Deal. Got my controller back about 2 weeks later because I had to come back and wasnt texted or emailed (You had my information from the first visit). Later on, I discovered there was enough drift stick once again on the left analog stick to disturb my gameplay. In total, you charged me $60 to make my original issue "A little better". I might as well have bought a new controller with that money. Avoid this dishonest, unprofessional place.

UBreakIFix quoted $250 and would need to make an appointment, Lake Effect Phone Repair was $200 and could be done the same day with no appointment, and Repair Tech 360 quoted $149 and it would take 4-5 hours but they had the part in stock. I decided to just do the cheapest option, and was really happy with the experience. It did take about 5 hours, but Laura was so funny and nice and joking around with me, "What did you do to your phone," - I really liked her sense of humor. Plus the job was done well and my phone looks brand new again. I'd definitely go back for future repairs or technology issues. Their services are clearly priced on their menu screen.

Ryan showed up on time, got the details of the issue, and took my phone to his vehicle. In 30 minutes i had my phone back with everything replaced. The service was far less expensive than everyone else and i never had to leave my home! I was so impressed I'm going to have them replace my cracked screen. This is also way cheaper than everyone else i checked. These guys are my go to for any phone issues I have now!
