I spoke to Andrew, OMG what a wealth of knowledge, took the time to "talk shop" like I said I am a NEW Jeep owner, slowly learning all the ins and outs about Jeeps and upgrading them. There parts on the shelf are not always there... Have waited many months to receive product. The instructions are very poor. The product is not that great either.. the JL fenders and fender liners suck, the fit and finish sucks. The fender liners just don't fit, they fit a little better if you are keeping the stock fenders. The rock sliders totally suck they just don't fit well... Lots of gaps. They are using the jk and JL sliders for both jeep models. Missing hardware in the bolt pack. Called talked to Andrew, he said that he really can't say anything. His jist was is what it is.. 5 star on quality and design 2 stars for less than ok instructions And i had them at 3 to 4 for shipping until today... Oct 4 ordered a simple tire carrier bag and 2 hi-lift mounting clamps for the tire carrier, I am in northern Cal which is 2 day by fedex ground I call today, October 6 and they are still looking for the bag in their warehouse I tell Taylor the customer service guy: dude this is not cool, I am leaving to the rubicon on Friday and was expecting to take my hi-lift on those clamps He responded, let me get the bag and I will call you with a quote for overnight... Instead of sending it overnight on their dime for their lack of service, they leave it to the customer to pay extra for their BS. I was in silence for a couple of seconds, tell him about how that was not fair and he then says "can I help you with anything else?" I bought a tire carrier, a front stinger bumper, a fold down tire carrier, spent quite a lot of money supporting good American made parts, to be then treated like I was bothering them? Sorry Mr Pelegrino, you lost a customer... Now I need to call Savvy and deal with their bull too for lack of shipping! read more

Two words come to mind when dealing with GenRight off-road, Customer service. This company makes a really nice but really expensive product. If you purchase their product as a builder's kit which they sell the support sucks. And it's not so much that I'm not able to do the job it said I didn't get all the parts I needed when I purchased them. Trying to clear up the mistakes has been a nightmare. I have called and been put on hold and then told he stepped out. I have written emails which takes days to weeks to get a reply from. I feel as if I bought their product and they're done with me because I did not want to use their shop due to the 9-month backup that they have building soccer mom Jeeps. Off-road company kind of, pimp your ride place seems to be their priority. Even though on tech talk which is completely useless to most of us they push off-road parts and vendors. But what they don't do is show you a build from the ground up. Or even something stupid like how to install your roll cage would be a nice video for people to watch not to boobs talking back and forth and pointing at pictures on a big screen TV. How to install your rear tire mount. How to do a proper double shear setup. Proper camber and caster settings from inside the shop where the welders are where the builders are. Used tech talk to show people things they can use when purchasing your products. Or at least reply to an email Keith. read more

GenRight Off-Road is the real deal. Authentic, genuine Jeep enthusiasts. Many at GenRight drive their Jeep as their daily driver and you can tell that they been off road due to the dirt and war wounds on their rig. They aren't building scratch free mall cruisers here. The GenRight crew is also very nice and a great neighbor. Their shop has about a half dozen welding stations, so it does seem like they really do make the products they sell. I worked next door at Dynamic Automation as a consultant and the GenRight crew is very friendly and considerate. They would often say hello or wave to me and didn't hog the streets as is very common in industrial areas. I have been eyeing a Wrangler since right before the unlimited came out in 2007. GenRight has made me seriously look into getting one again, and if I do, ill make sure to buy from GenRight. read more

Terrible customer service after I spent over $25,000 with this company. Listening to their advice and purchasing everything they recommended I purchased Rock Jock 60 axles (new) and after the work was complete I had leaks with both axles, the front axle has been a nightmare due to their 3 link that ties into the axle housing. As far as the suspension parts go I wish I could get all my money back and put the bolt on Nth Degree lift I had prior back on. This is a 03 Jeep TJR that I have nearly $200K invested in and now I am stuck with this setup for the life of my rig given the expense. They talked me out of Dynatrac 60s to go with the Currie RJ product (because the RJ's mesh with their products and I'm sure they get a kick back when they sell Currie axles) and then talked me into coil overs, complete suspension over haul.. etc. Once the problems started with their parts and the RJ axles they no longer communicated with me, stopped calling me back when they said they would (because they seemingly needed to speak with higher ups) and basically found them hiding under their desks. When I ask to speak with higher up the food chain employees they are very evasive and I have yet to speak with anyone but Andrew. My recommendation is to avoid this company so they get one star. read more

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a set of Genright rock sliders a week ago on Saturday through Northridge 4X4 (who was amazing). Upon ordering, I received an email stating that Genright sometimes built their rock sliders upon ordering and would ship in approximately 1 - 2 weeks. I am starting Grad School soon and only had 2 weeks before I'd have no time to work on the Jeep. So I called on Monday and spoke with Andrew at Genright who told me they had the rock sliders in stock already... But that they'd send them by the end of the week. I didn't quite understand why it would take them the entire week to send if they already had the sliders in stock... but I don't work in their shop. So it's not fair to assume they should be able to send them any quicker. Fast forward to today... and nothing. I called Northridge 4X4 who related the sliders hadn't shipped and weren't going to today as previously promised. No worries... Jeep stuff rarely happens on time and I'd probably still get them in time to install them before the end of next week... I'll just call them and find out when they would be shipped. I felt like that would be an easy call... until I got the worst sales support staff member in the history of off-road sales support staffers. I didn't catch her name because she didn't give it. She didn't even have a greeting... Just, "hello". So I responded and explained why I was calling and asked if she was the person to talk with or if I needed to talk with Andrew. She was irritated I even asked and said "that's me". She then asked for the name on my order so I gave her my first and last name. It took 5 attempts for her to get it right... But she finally did and got increasingly angrier that it wasn't pulling up in her system. So I mentioned again that I placed the order through Northridge 4X4 and she huffed and raised her voice saying , WELL WHY DIDNT YOU SAY THA.... UGH... YOU ARE REALLY ANNOYING ME"!! Umm. What? I asked her to explain what she meant and she further confirmed I was annoying her and that I should know when she asked for the name on the order, she was referring to Northridge 4X4. It was at that time I hung up, called Northridge 4X4, and cancelled my order. Thoroughly surprised about this treatment and I'd be hard pressed to ever do business with Genright again. read more
