The only reason I will not give 5 stars is because the registrar Emily was extremely rude/disrespectful & cold during our brief less than 5 minutes interaction. If you want treatment do not go in when she is scheduled to work if you are already feeling bad you'll feel dehumanized after any interaction with her. My only suggestion would be Please hire employees who are the first point of contact with your patients who are empathetic and not callous.

I can barely tell you what the waiting room looks like because both times I waited less than 5 minutes to be triaged! Every single person who helped me today was friendly, helpful, and compassionate. I went for an issue that I had experienced in the past but last time I went to pres now. The experience was night and day. Albuquerque ER saw me quickly and did all of the necessary tests in a timely manner. I felt like they saw me as a human and not just a patient. While I was at Presnow for 9 hours last time I was out of Albuquerque ER in 3 hours with even better attention to care. Now that I know about this place im never going to another urgent care again. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this facility.

I have had multiple visits here, including ER trips, general appointments, and overnight stays for myself and family members, so this is based on more than just one visit. Everyone I have met and interacted with has been very friendly, caring, and helpful, with the exception of maybe one nurse over all those visits. From check-in to discharge, the staff have done their best to explain what is going on and make sure we are as comfortable as possible. Overall, they have turned the inherently unpleasant experience of going to the hospital into something as pleasant as it can possibly be. I have struggled navigating in the building, but this probably is a me problem. They do have big parking lots and garages, but it is pretty hard to find a parking spot.

If you so choose, they offer valet for just $5 per day. The facility is clean. The quality of healthcare our daughter received was second to none. Every day nurse, night nurse, and nurse assistant were courteous, professional and friendly. Every staff member introduced themselves on entering the room. The highlight, considering such a grim situation, was the intensivist Dr. Zaid and the cardiologist Dr. Mayfield. Both spoke honestly and frankly, keeping us well informed. They explain the "why" and the "what" behind each decision. Chaplain Wolf told us that he's worked in the healthcare setting most of his life at various, prestigious hospitals across the country and wouldn't hesitate to fly his loved ones to Albuquerque to get the world-class healthcare at Presbyterian Hospital. Wifey and I wholeheartedly agree. This is a truly amazing healthcare team and system.

WARNING: Dangerous Negligence and Falsified Records If you…read morevalue your life, stay away from Lovelace Westside Hospital. They have a three-star rating for a reason--there is absolutely zero administrative oversight, and they treat human lives like a game. I walked into this facility with a direct referral while in a severe, life-threatening Addisonian crisis. Instead of receiving basic emergency care, I was completely ignored and left in a crisis state for nearly seven days. Because of their blatant refusal to provide a simple, standard dose of Prednisone, I endured days of severe, traumatic seizures and am still covered in physical bruises weeks later. To cover up this catastrophic failure, my patient portal was intentionally locked so a physician could enter completely fabricated records for an exam that never even took place. They will literally lock you out of your own medical history to hide their tracks. When I finally escaped this place and went to Presbyterian Hospital, the staff there had me stabilized with the proper medication within 20 minutes. Presbyterian saved my life; Lovelace Westside almost ended it. I am filing formal complaints with United Healthcare and national accreditation boards. Do not trust this hospital with your health or the lives of your loved ones. They are negligent, dishonest, and completely unsafe.

I initially got a video appointment with Halley Contreras for the 2nd of March. About February 17th I got a call from Mariah A, to say that my appointment was cancelled and I needed to reschedule. She said someone from the call center was supposed to notify me, but no one did. I asked why this was the case and she could not give and answer. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said that the supervisor would call me. No one called me. I called the call center again and asked for the supervisor's number so I could call her, but they would not give it to me. My question has gone unanswered. I finally rescheduled a video appointment with Cameron Eklund for April 22, 2026. Prior to the call, Cameron's MA, Robert called me to set things up. Then a few minutes later the call started. Both Cameron and Robert did a good job communicating with me and answering my questions. Cameron made a few adjustments to my CPAP that are helping me sleep a little better. So, three stars for Cameron and Robert, but only one star to the Kaseman call center, their schedulers and the scheduling supervisor.

She wrote in my chart that I am an opioid addict and that she prescribed narcan (both of which are lies, and I am currently in contact with my PCP as well as waiting for calls back from every single board in New Mexico about Lauren. Not only have I ever taken an opioid pill (not even for my wisdom tooth removal), I told her straight out that I didn't want pills. She offered me ganglion shots or nothing, and then openly bold face lied about my drug usage. She also wrote that I have "treatment resistant anxiety" which is not true, I see multiple therapists weekly for my C/PTSD and anxiety, and if she were to actually read my chart then she would see that I have and always have had (since I've been going to my regular PCP at 9) a high heart rate with slightly elevated I would avoid Lauren at all costs, and that goes doubly for anyone who is immunocompromised; she refuses to mask and thinks she knows disabilities better than the people who have them. I would give her zero stars if I could. Absolutely the worst care I have ever received in my life. Before covid-19 killed my Mom and disabled me, she told me to never go to Lovelace because it was the worst hospital she'd ever been to. I should've listened, because not only was this a waste of time, but Lauren will be vindictive and lie openly about you in your chart. I will be taking drug tests to prove to my doctor that I take my gabapentin (for shingles post-herpetic neuropathy) as prescribed and the same with my Flexeril, both of which he was happy to prescribe me because this has been an ongoing issue since my first two covid infects in 2020. I had to explain to them what they did was a HIPAA violation. The triage nurse put the completely wrong reason I was there (unbeknownst to me at the time) which put me at the bottom of the list to be seen so I had to wait for hours and hours. I think they put the other person's triage info in my chart. The discharge papers listed the completely WRONG reason I was there so the discharge advice was also wrong! The entire staff was unsympathetic to everyone there and I saw numerous eye rolls by the staff when they were asked questions by the waiting patients. What a waste of time!!
