Her Hair was as straight as could be. The stylist had BIG CURLING ROLLERS that could not possibly work & she blow dried the hair BEFORE attempting to roll on the Curlers ??? Clearly the stylist had no idea what she was doing. The hair was not very short but not hanging on her shoulders length. I could not believe what I saw. So terribly disappointing. The shampoo job was another issue. My aunt told the girl there was a fair amount of hair spray in the hair, she used next to no shampoo and barely massaged what there was in , like she was afraid to touch her head. My aunt has been getting her hair done every week since I was a child and I am a young 70. I do not understand how they can get this SO TERRIBLY WRONG , If they do not know how to do a process do not lie that you do ! Well on to the next salon hunt !

I went to get highlights and a base break and usually she does it at the same time. When she rinsed the foils I asked her about it and she lied and said "Not at the same time" even though she did it simultaneously before. I reminded her she did it at the same time last time and she denied it. So three hours, $300 and a $50 tip she did not deserve later, I went home and noticed white Cruella Deville stripes in front and a big dark brown streak in the back. I went right back the next day to point it out and she said "No, it's fine" and "You are wrong", etc. What !? She literally refused to make it right! I have never seen such a lack of honesty and professionalism in my life. I left, pissed off, with bad looking hair. Later, the owner, Cassandra reached out after likely witnessing the exchange. She was kind enough to offer a re-do herself. In other words she offered to do Lilianna's job, not that I would EVER let Lilianna touch my hair again. She did the base and foils simultaneously and in half the time. She couldn't have been more detailed oriented, professional, and kind. Well the five stars are for Cassandra who had the know-how and the professionalism to fix Lilianna's botched job. I now have a great color job and will go back - To CASSANDRA. Asked if they had a "HEAD DRYER" not just a hair blower, oh YES WE DO !. They reassured me the girl would be amazing , knows what she is doing. I had explained we have tried several shops all saying the same old song and always disappointed. The young lady arrived a bit late and looked like she just got out of bed, hair a mess. Not good and had not started yet. Well , SURPRISE ! they did not even have hot water or even warm water , COLD water for the so called shampoo. And no x use like Sorry the hot water heater is broken . I did not know about this till my aunt walked out of the salon and told me of her wonderful experience . The operator's hands barely touched the hair never mind the scalp. This appointment was for my 94yr old aunt. I waited in the car and went in to use the bathroom at one point. Walking thru the salon I could not believe my yes when I saw my aunt with a BAG on her head, those portable hair driers that were like a vacuum cleaner with a hose I could not believe what an unprofessional service was occurring.
