Best Chili Cheese Dog in the Valley. Excellent service and cold Beer. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Double Cheeseburger w/french fries and a coke.

Good burgers, great chili, so so fries, no ranch dressing to dip the fries in. That's weird.

New management is lovely. I came in yesterday for the first time in many years and the burger is as good as it ever was. Contrary to popular belief, you are allowed to put ketchup on the burger, but only on top of the bun (just not directly on the meat), and only in the shape of an M. The M is for Myron, who was Ed's first dishwasher. He used to sneak ketchup into the shop in the pepperoncini boxes.

It became clear in seconds it's about good people who make great food! I ordered the large bonus wing basket, which allowed me to break break it up into two flavors which I chose dry rub lemon, and Tangi barbecue. There was about 20 wings in the basket. All hefty in size came with celery and carrots with choice of blue cheese or ranch. Delicious. My friend ordered the fish tacos, which I tried myself and quite possibly are the best ones I've had in the valley so far. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet, ordered water so not much to recommend as far as drinks go. The atmosphere is dark and cool like most bars would be but the windows make it feel open and a little less "bar vibe." I should've taken a picture because they have this very cool installation on the ceiling and wall with faux plants that is aesthetically, beautiful and creative. Next time I will take more pictures, I still have two coupons to use haha !!

Depending on what game is showing determined the crowds. There was plenty of parking this time which is a major advantage. Street parking available if needed. We like to just sit at the bar and watch the game. It's a decent size so it does offer a good amount of seating. Plenty of high top tables offered as well. Drink price is decent. Service has alway been good when we been. The only downfall, they don't have volume on for any of the games. Music replace the volume so you hear that instead of the game. Besides that, it's a fun place to watch the game or pop in for a drink.

Had such a rad time at Coachella Valley Brewing Company!…read moreFirst off, the location is awesome. Being upstairs gives it such a cool vibe, with great views and that perfect Palm Springs energy. It's laid-back, fun, and just a great spot to hang out. Whether you're starting your night or just grabbing a casual bite and beer, the atmosphere totally delivers. I had the smash burger and it was super good. The flavor was on point, juicy, crispy edges, really tasty. My only wish? The patty was paper thin. I honestly wish it had either two smash patties stacked up or was just a bit bigger overall because I was hungry again not too long after. That said, the taste itself was solid. The fries were great, crispy and exactly what you want with a burger. And the beer? BOMB. Seriously good. They're clearly doing things right on the brewing side. Service was pretty rad too, friendly, chill, and easygoing, which matched the whole vibe of the place. I'll definitely go again and again. Great location, good food, awesome beer, and a cool atmosphere. Can't really ask for more than that.

I arrived way too early to check into my hotel, so of course I headed to a brewery (a tap room to be exact as there wasn't any brewing equipment onsite) I missed the last time I was in Palm Springs, and that was Coachella Valley Brewing Co.. I've been to the actual brewery in Thousand Palms, while this location opened up about 1 1/2 years ago. In August 2013, Coachella Valley Brewing Co. was founded in Thousand Palms as the first craft brewery in the desert. Focusing on the uniqueness of the Southern California desert, the brewery strives to connect both ends of the Coachella Valley through quality locally grown ingredients and expertly crafted beer. Since then, they helped welcome a slowly-growing brewery industry in the desert with plenty of room for growth and more. Did I need to be coaxed to return to this desert valley's newest brewing stop!? PURCHASE(S) Coachella Valley Brewing Co. It wasn't very busy as random guests popped in for a drink and questions, so it was a relaxing time - cheers! PARKING (FREE; N/A this instance): I took the roughly ten-minute walk from the Hilton Palm Springs, so this wasn't an issue for me. Otherwise, there appeared to be several garages and lots with plenty of spots along the main drag of Palm Canyon Dr. and other side streets. However, please carefully read all posted signs as many are timed parking - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A no-nonsense watering hole with a quaint bar section (a few stools and a couple of tables) https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=96&select=qwqOjmcbmVhKZv1V231NXQ and a couple of open-air patio areas (several tables) with minimal decorations except for a display of their many cans. They shared a kitchen with an adjoining eatery that handled any food options. Plenty of natural lighting both inside and on the patio while an assortment of electric ceiling lights filled in the rest. There were several muted TVs throughout while classic rock & roll music played in the background. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=96&select=civHP434dh7lCjJdztKbLw ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL I had a chill time at Palm Spring's Coachella Valley Brewing Co.'s tasting room and would gladly visit again. They had a decent selection of beers on tap, I had no idea how the food (a standard bar menu) was but looked and smelled lovely when I saw a couple of dishes come out, the prices were comparable, and the service was wonderful. Unsure if furry family members were allowed, but it seemed like they would be. They also had live entertainment such as trivia, music, and more on select nights. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $36.00 BEFORE any discounts, points usage, and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 4.0 STARS

LOCATION: In The River in Rancho Mirage, hard to miss, lots of parking but at times this entire center gets slammed. Since Babe's left the property, it seems like the property is still active. LIBATIONS: Large and in charge, we did not drink anything on the visit but I am sure at peak hours or events, this place is happening. WAITSTAFF: ALWAYS IMPRESSED, from reception to server, people are nice, fun, and seem happy to be working there... Not always the case in these type of restaurants. Our server, Alexiss, was just so amazing, ask for her section and tip her like you're a billionaire. OVERALL VALUE: very good, we shared a burger not to be cheap, rather that is all we can eat. Never anyone complaining with some split plate fee, we tip for two and don't need to waste take-home containers for food we usually throw away. Service was a little slow at the beginning as it did take a while for a drink. The place wasn't that busy when we walked in as there wasn't even a host at the table. We just walked up to bar and seated ourselves. After we got served, it was great. The staff were very friendly and sweet. It was still a little too early for happy hour which is alway a good time to visit as the deals are great. Discount on drinks and half off appetizers on a lot of items. For lunch, the new items in the menu of garlic beef noodles. I had it a while back at another location and was quite impressed with the dish. Enough garlic taste with decent slices of beer that's marinated and tossed in a garlic noodles with veggies. If you haven't tried it, it's quite tasty. Also the three tacos with rice and beans. They're decent in size and the shrimps were quite tasty and big. Rice and beans were actually combined together compared to on their own. Lastly the hummus plate which is a starter was quite nice. And of course the truffle fries, alway a must. Food was good and the service was nice. A little slow at the beginning but it did make up later on. People did start to show up as it was approaching happy hour. At least with Yard House, it's good that you know what to expect.
