After receiving an advertisement with three great coupons attached in my mailbox, I decided to see for myself what Henry's Bar and Grill was all about. It became clear in seconds it's about good people who make great food! I ordered the large bonus wing basket, which allowed me to break break it up into two flavors which I chose dry rub lemon, and Tangi barbecue. There was about 20 wings in the basket. All hefty in size came with celery and carrots with choice of blue cheese or ranch. Delicious. My friend ordered the fish tacos, which I tried myself and quite possibly are the best ones I've had in the valley so far. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet, ordered water so not much to recommend as far as drinks go. The atmosphere is dark and cool like most bars would be but the windows make it feel open and a little less "bar vibe." I should've taken a picture because they have this very cool installation on the ceiling and wall with faux plants that is aesthetically, beautiful and creative. Next time I will take more pictures, I still have two coupons to use haha !! read more

Second time to visit this place. Same as the first, for the World Cup game. Compared to the first visit and game, it was packed last time. This time, pretty mellow. Depending on what game is showing determined the crowds. There was plenty of parking this time which is a major advantage. Street parking available if needed. We like to just sit at the bar and watch the game. It's a decent size so it does offer a good amount of seating. Plenty of high top tables offered as well. Drink price is decent. Service has alway been good when we been. The only downfall, they don't have volume on for any of the games. Music replace the volume so you hear that instead of the game. Besides that, it's a fun place to watch the game or pop in for a drink. read more

Came to Henry's for a late night drink. We sat at the bar and received great service. I had a Paloma and it was amazing. The rim was perfectly coated and a great size. We came on a Tuesday and they have Taco Tuesday specials, and the Paloma was on special for $10. The wait staff is constantly working and smiling to make sure you are satisfied. They are also very helpful with any questions. The Ambiance is hustle and bustle just like you would expect in Downtown Palm Springs. The food is excellent. The burgers are cooked perfectly and served on a wonderful fresh bun. This is an odd place. We went in as it is supposed to be a sports bar. The lighting was a bit harsh, but there were a lot of tvs, so we decided to stay. The staff was very accommodating in changing the channels for us. They have a large menu including of burgers and wings. The wings are very good. Lots of different sauces to choose from. Most of us ordered burgers, and these were really good too. So around 9 PM, it's goodbye sports bar. It becomes a dance bar with a DJ! At least they shut off most the fluorescent lights. read more

Went here for first time last night it was ok I guess. I think for me because I ordered happy hour margaritas I thought it would be larger drink for 6 bucks . However the drinks were tasty and pretty strong so all in all decent. I ordered the Mexican pizza that was good the fires were really good and the quantity was great on the fries! Heard the radio ads for Henry's and gave it a try for lunch. Was expecting a dark bar, but pleasantly surprised by the bright, airy, fun atmosphere. Lots of TVs, almost all tables were bar height, only one table and chairs I saw were standard height. Service was excellent. It was full and there was only one guy, Mo, waiting on everyone (bar and floor). Very impressed with his ability to cover it all. They have a "bar food" menu (burgers, wings, tacos, pizzas, fried foods, salads), but there's something for everyone. We tried: * Shrimp Street Tacos ($4.25/ea, but discounted the more you order). Shrimp was tasty, and taco was fairly large for a "street taco" * Carne Asada Street Tacos ($3.50/ea, but discounted the more you order). Avocado was $.50 extra. Meat had a slight hint of a marinade and was quite tasty. * Chicken Chunk Basket ($12) served with French fries. It came with a small side of dressing (I got bleu cheese). I asked for an additional bleu cheese dressing and received a larger container, but it was $1.50 extra. Chicken and fries were crispy, but not overdone. Parking in a private lot, but was pretty busy.
