Had such a rad time at Coachella Valley Brewing Company! First off, the location is awesome. Being upstairs gives it such a cool vibe, with great views and that perfect Palm Springs energy. It's laid-back, fun, and just a great spot to hang out. Whether you're starting your night or just grabbing a casual bite and beer, the atmosphere totally delivers. I had the smash burger and it was super good. The flavor was on point, juicy, crispy edges, really tasty. My only wish? The patty was paper thin. I honestly wish it had either two smash patties stacked up or was just a bit bigger overall because I was hungry again not too long after. That said, the taste itself was solid. The fries were great, crispy and exactly what you want with a burger. And the beer? BOMB. Seriously good. They're clearly doing things right on the brewing side. Service was pretty rad too, friendly, chill, and easygoing, which matched the whole vibe of the place. I'll definitely go again and again. We got the appetizer platter and it had one chicken tender/strip which was ok. Good amount of fries and sweet potato fries which were both good. Two mozzarella cheese sticks that were ok. And onion rings that were ok. I think if they change up their batter to something lighter then the chicken strip and onion rings would be better. Just a personal opinion. Shoutout Chad and Joseph ! We've been here a few times now, and somehow each time is better than the last. Hands down, this is my favorite place in Palm Springs. Chad and Joseph took such good care of us. I love beer, and their recommendations were spot on. I first got the sour beer which was incredible especially in the heat! They made us feel like regulars instead of just another table walking through the door. The vibes here are low key, just really good beer and genuinely great people. The beer selection is fantastic. The Pickle Rick beer is one of the most unique beers I've ever had, and somehow it actually works and would 10/10 make a great Michelada. AND the Black Widow? Absolutely dangerous. The flavor profile on a beer with that high of an ABV is incredible, and it goes down way easier than it should. We'll keep coming back every time we're in Palm Springs. We visit the Palm Springs location every time we come in to town. This past visit, was extra special as the bartender found and made a chocolate milk for our 8 year old. This was completely off menu and definitely the nicest thing we have experienced at a restaurant in a very long time. Completely unexpected as well. So amazing. The beers are delicious! My husband and I both enjoyed an IPA. They do also have lemonade, which our 12 year old enjoyed! Our food was absolutely delicious, with us each getting different items - a salad, a gourmet burger, a plain cheeseburger, and the chicken strips. Came here just to get some food. We both got the chicken and waffles. It was okay. The waffle was mushy but the chicken was good. I don't think this is a good spot for food. I would be back for drinks and as well as the outdoor seating looked nice. We ordered online and it took over 30 mins to get our order which seemed long for what it was. read more

This brewery is a tiny little bar on the upper level of the building, so go up the stairs on the left (if entering from the street). A few tables inside and a patio sitting area that needs some wiping down, the ceiling fan above my head had such a buildup of dust I wanted to clean myself to make sure it didn't fall in my drink. We ordered burgers, mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders and a flatbread pizza... The mozzarella sticks were forgotten about and luckily they weren't even ordered (idk) two burgers were forgotten about but those were charged. The cooks had to start up the grill again or whatever, so my kid got two free beers as compensation and the mozzarella sticks were also on the house. (All four of them per order). My margarita was blah, it was more of a fizzy orange drink that cost 17 or 18 dollars. Flatbread that was recommended by the bartender was super salty. It was the Buffalo Chicken flatbread, so stay away from that! Lol The bartenders working this night were very nice and welcoming. I am not sure if the food mix up was the cooks or the bartenders but it makes it awkward situation when some of the party is eating and others are waiting. Perhaps all the high reviews are for its beer, but I came for the burgers and they were very unremarkable. This place is located upstairs in the Mercado Plaza, right in the middle of downtown Palm Springs. Prime tourist real estate. Come for the beer and live music to overlook the main street, but not the food. My rating is for the food. The burgers were very subpar in all regards and took very long to come out. We came at 6:30 during Thursday Village Fest. All the tables around us didn't have food, so the kitchen was running behind due to the one round of dinner rush. The smashed patty was thin as it should be, but it was paired with a fluffy, dry bun that didn't have good texture or taste. The burger to meat ratio was off and didn't have much sauce to pull everything together. The lettuce was just one big leaf that was mostly stem. Fried egg didn't add anything to the burger. Most restaurant quality burgers are better than this nowadays. Also had the pesto grilled chicken sandwich but the chicken was dry and only half the size of the bread so most of the bites were just bread. The sliced Italian bread was toasted to a crunch and without enough sauce, so it's a mouth ripper. Mozzarella sticks were $9.95 for four sticks, so is pretty pricey. Best brewery in town! My boyfriend and I come here a few times a month. Sebastian, the bartender, is so attentive and welcoming, always with an awesome attitude. My girlfriend and I stopped in on a Friday night an hour before closing. Was greeted immediately by the bartender, he asked if it was are first time and told us about the menu and drinks suggestions. So we are from San Francisco and used to drinking microbrews and we decided to try the new CVB location. We ordered a flight first to see what we liked. We tried both stouts and 2 IPAs but didn't like any of them. Both stouts were sweet so my husband, who loves Guinness was disappointed. Alisha the beertender brought us 2 more and the only one we liked was the JT so we ordered a glass of that. They were out of any amber beer which was also disappointing and they had no appetizers beyond fries. I wanted to order an appetizer of some kind but they share the kitchen with Broken Yolk cafe so the menu is very limited.
