The place is small and decorated in a traditional style. It's clean and the smell of the food cooking was PHENOMENAL! Finally a place with some spice in Asheboro. The butter chicken was absolutely delicious! The meat was tender and juicy and the sauce was amazing. The rice was flavored with turmeric and some other spices (biryani spice?) and it complements the butter sauce so nicely. The naan came with 2 pieces and it was light and fluffy perfect for dipping into the sauce. The only thing I would change on my next order would be to get a side portion of plain Greek yogurt to also eat with it because that is what I like but that's just me. The stuffed grape leaves were delicious as well. I forgot to take pictures. The portions are generous and the food came out fresh and hot. I highly recommend if you want something with some flavor. Can't wait to go back and try more items from their menu. It's not just Greek /Mediterranean food. The dish I had is Indian.

First off, this isn't just a random food truck. There is such an incredible story behind it. It's run by Gary and his best friend Alex, who have been friends since grade school back in Mexico City, Mexico!! You can feel that deep history in the way they run their business. There's a level of trust, energy, and authenticity that you don't usually see, and it trickles down to the entire team!!!Every employee I interacted with was genuinely happy, welcoming, and proud to be there (which says a lot) especially during these times. They've also set themselves up in some of the best spots around. I visited : 1) Summerfield Farms. 2) Oden Brewing Company. At both locations, you're not just grabbing food, you're getting a whole experience! Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Live music, dog friendly. The menu is simple, affordable, and done right. We got to try 4 different tacos, their queso dip, and their churros, and everything delicious! The meat was seasoned to perfection, super juicy, and full of flavor without being overcomplicated. But what really made this experience unforgettable? I got invited onto the truck to make my own churros!! let me tell you, that is not something you get to do every day. It was hands-on, fun, and honestly one of the most unique experiences I've had, collaborating with another business. Overall the truck seemed very clean and hygienic for a food truck. The staff was incredibly friendly and organized. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. The prices are a bit high which is common for food trucks. Guac and chips was $10 and the chicken quesadilla was $14. One thing that would have been a nice touch was Jarritos. The chicken quesadilla was good but could have used a bit more seasoning. It was good sized and stuffed full of chicken, onions, peppers, and cheese. Overall we enjoyed Taco Bros and would definitely try them again at another event.

This food truck may be based out of Siler City, but it's been making the rounds in the triangle in…read morethose places where you can always find a food truck. Can't say I knew for sure what to expect given the name, but paninis are its specialty. I guess it depends on your concept of what a panini should be: thin bread, toasted crispy on the outside, meat or cheeses or veggies (or all), on the inside. . . if that's it, then this is it. I had the Cuban, and it's the first food truck sandwich I've had where the bread didn't overwhelm the filling. Maybe because they used ciabatta, or maybe it's because they pressed it when they were heating it. Either way, the crispiness of the bread together with the meat and cheese made one heck of a good sandwich. Nothing overpowered the other. There was a generous portion of brisket, ham, pickles, mustard, and swiss cheese. If I had to find one ding, and I mention it only hesitantly given personal preference: the mustard. It added the right amount of flavor, but could have been cut by a third or so and the sandwich would have been even better. The truck itself is unusual for most food trucks. The wood sides with the panels separated by what look like colorful fishing poles (but aren't) looks like something you'd find at a camp or a hunting lodge. It's unassuming. If paninis aren't your thing, World Kitchen also has wraps and salads. It might be worth exploring further.
