I haven't been to a Pizza Inn in years so i decided to make the trip down to Asheboro for a delicious lunch buffet. The location is the new updated style of Pizza Inn and it's very clean and bright inside. I had a nice salad to start off with then I grabbed some thin crust pepperoni and a pan crust cheese slice from the buffet. The pizza was hot and fresh and the buffet was clean and neat as well. The waitstaff was very attentive and nice. The dessert pizzas looked tasty as well. One of the best things about here is that it's $8.99 for a lunch buffet (mon-fri) which INCLUDES A DRINK!!!!! A buffet WITH DRINK ONLY $9.62 with tax!!!!!!!!! Absolutely amazing !

I have tried Pizza Inn a few times, so I'm looking forward to giving my honest opinion. The lunch buffet is a good deal. It used to be $6.99, but now it's $8.99, and it includes a drink. The pizza here is decent. I'm not really a fan of how the pizza dough tastes, and I can taste it in the majority of the pizzas. But if you could get past that, then it may taste better for you. During my visit I got water but I didn't know until once I paid for the meal that a drink was included. I eventually got my drink to go. The overall ambiance is nice, and it's a little nostalgic. They have a small game room, which is nice for the kiddos. The salad bar is really good, and everything is fresh. I absolutely love their ranch, its top tier. Usually, when I'm craving pizza and I'm in a buffet mood, Pizza Inn is my choice. My experience here was good. It brought back a lot of memories from when I was a kid.

Had a great lunch! Love how they've updated the restaurant. So many types of pizza, pasta and an awesome salad bar. Will definitely be back!

The pizza had a variety of options, but it tasted somewhat like cardboard. Apart from that, it was generally good.

We quickly got a reservation for our table of 7 and I was praying it was tasty. You walk in and the smell hits you like a load. It smells incredible! The weekend is a grilling event and they do prime rib, ribeye, salmon, chicken, etc. We had the ribeye, salmon, and prime rib and with that garlic butter.... Wow. Delicious absolutely delicious. The salad and potato bar are perfect. Make your own, exactly how you want it! No waste. I enjoyed a piece of the banana pudding cheesecake for dessert when I got home and needless to say, amazing. It's just a simple place. It reminds me of a childhood steakhouse. We will most definitely be there again this month!

Choices of the day (Friday night, 4/5) were Famous Pot Roast, Bacon Herb Baked Chicken, loaded Mac and cheese, bacon braised Brussels, Broccoli casserole, Sriracha sweet potatoes, and the usual salad accompaniments. They did not disappoint. The pot roast was as tender a flavorful as any I've had, with a few potatoes and carrots in a gravy. The chicken was also very tender (all dark meat, that I saw, and prefer) and juicy, with a nice blend of seasonings. I even tried the broccoli casserole, even though I don't care much for the vegetable, and it was pretty tasty! My girlfriend loved the Sriracha sweet potatoes, and went back for seconds. As I prefer sweet potatoes more on the savory side, I also enjoyed them. I wasn't brave enough for the Brussel sprouts, however. The regular salad side had options of Romaine, or a tender greens mix, with many of the usual toppings and six dressing choices. My lemonade was spot-on, and Barb's half-and-half tea was also tasty. They also have Pepsi products available. We will definitely be watching their Facebook page for future weekend selections, as the menu changes daily/weekly.

She doesn't like a buffet or says she can't eat enough to justify the price. Had our 8 year old grandkids Twins A boy and a girl. I asked them what they wanted for lunch and as soon as they saw the sign both hollers at me from the back seat saying Papaw Golden Corral. In we went. I barely got the tab paid and looked around and they were all ready making their plates. I realized I had made a decent choice since they apparently knew where everything was. Now I have always liked GC's fried chicken and their veggies. The kids had a chicken leg a slice of pizza some shrimp and our granddaughter had made herself a salad. So in the back of my mind we came to the right spot. I had some shrimp, some catfish, a chicken breast and some chicken livers over rice with chicken gravy. My grandson went to the salad bar and got me a small bowl of white slaw. I'm just getting into my shrimp and they had inhaled their food and was going back to the bar again. She came back with a taco in a hard shell and Mac and Cheese. He came back with Mac and Cheese and one of their mini cheeseburgers. After a shot of Ketchup he was eating like a hungry young man. I had just gotten up to get me a little something to fill that void and they had gotten themselves some ice cream with sprinkles and a couple cookies. One of them offered to get me some ice cream so did say no sprinkles please. Everything was fresh the bar was clean and well stocked. Our waitress kept our empty plates gone and our glasses full of tea, sprite, and lemonade. I think as we were leaving they were content with lunch. I definitely realized at 29.00 dollars for our lunch we did good. Their daddy asked when we got back home where did we go and said they like the Golden Corral where they live also. I used to like their breakfast. But they call it brunch now and they don't seem to have the choice of breakfast items like it used to. Or maybe the weekend differ's from the weekdays. I recently had breakfast at one in Winston after my Dr. Appointment and I noticed really quick that brunch was not what I came for.

Tasty food and quick takeout…read more Saw this on Yelp and was in the mood for a light dinner. Gave this a try and happy I did. I ordered steamed dumplings and Pad Woon Sen (Crystal Noodles) with Ground Chicken. The steamed dumplings (5) had a mixture of chicken, pork and shrimp, and were garnished with cilantro. They came with a mild soy dipping sauce. The crystal noodles came with a mixture of vegetables, egg, and ground chicken. Both were tasty and I still had leftovers from the noodles. Would go back if in the area again. Service was friendly and ordering online was easy. Parking was close in their shared lot in a strip mall.

This spot is located in the shopping center of Food Lion on the side. There were plenty of parking places in the area. Upon entering here, the dining area was very intimate and had a nice feel to it. The owner greeted us and was super nice to seat us right away. We ordered the Pad Thai Seafood Combination, Green Curry Beef, and Sesame Chicken Kid's Meal. The Green Curry Beef was amazing with the right flavor. The fried rice tasted awesome. The Pad Thai was great as well. The kids' meal sesame chicken had a huge portion where an adult could be full. Service was awesome where the owner kept asking if we were okay. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for Chinese/Thai food in the Asheboro area. I will be coming back when back in town again. See attached photos!

The perfectly cooked soft center, the crisp exterior, and the sticky ssssaaaaauce it's covered in... It's savory and heavy enough to be a meal but I was being generous and decided to share the appetizer with my spouse. They do offer a spice scale and they don't hold back. I foolishly tried the spice level 3 (out of 5 being the hottest) and should have chosen a 2 spice level. But the cauli was so good I fought through the pain. Worth it. I could have easily stopped there but we also ordered the garlic naan (also yessssss) as well as the Lamb Korma and Chicken Vindaloo. Both those entrees were delicious but the Korma really stood out to me. The rich and creamy sauce was very unique to my pallet and when I returned, I ordered the Chicken Korma. Clearly I love a good sauce. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, very spacious and would be great for groups or a romantic dinner for 2 (or 3 if you are into that sort of thing). The service was excellent and our server was patient when we ask questions about the menu. Fortunately, a lot of the dishes have descriptions on the menu so you have a good idea of what you are ordering. We were seated immediately, and given time/space to look over the menu, but with our server still hovering nearby in case we had questions or were ready quickly. When we ordered, the server explained the 1-5 spice scale, gave recommendations, and even asked about allergies. After the food came out, he continued to check on us. This is definitely not one of those "abandoned in the corner and ignored" type of establishments. We started with an order of chili paneer, with spice level 2. It was perfectly crunchy and super flavorful. Level 2 has a nice kick to it if you sit for a minute between bites, but it doesn't necessarily light you up either. It is a great level if you're sharing something with someone a little more spice-hesitant. I love paneer, and this appetizer had a generous portion that could easily be a meal for 1 person. For my main, I got the Chana masala, spice level 3. This was absolutely delicious! Spicy, warm, flavorful. Chickpeas had the perfect texture -- not too hard nor too mushy. As a spicy food enjoyer, level 3 was a nice level that is hot and ~just~ starts to make my face flush, but isn't overpowering. A "conversational" level if you will. I could easily order this on a work lunch and could still eat with decorum. We also got garlic naan, which is always a hit, but done absolutely perfectly here. Pillowy, soft, fresh, and generous with the garlic.
