Love their locally produced honey! I use it as a syrup substitute on bread/waffle/pancakes or as a sweetener on drinks. Yummy!

Wonderful customer service; WOW thee pies are a dream. The lamination from the frozen hand pies are memorizing. I follow directions on the back w/that being said i also baked 370,360,350f & 30/20/10m ina ninja for the 2nd slide result. Yes, that is real cold water lobster. The mix of corn, pea, potato & sauce teleported me to Massachusetts. Feels like a New England chowed but w/a unique taste all to its own. Dare i say i am anxious & nervous to try the chile verde because of the sheer expectation of excellence these bakers have set sucha standard. They say you eat with your eyes first, well i'd be slower than a no leg tortoise if i didn't say my eyes are eating on the third slide. Lol But fr fr it takes many hands to run a bakery, especially the dedication & discipline shown relentless day in and day out..-yr

I'd love to keep Pie Dreams my little secret, but out of respect for the proprietor's mad baking skills, it's behind Dino's. The owner is passionate about his pies and shared his philosophy about how pie can make us all nicer, gentler people. I mean, that's not exactly verbatim, but the pie case made it hard to pay attention. On my visit, there were two savory pies (hand pies) and a selection of sweet pies (hand pies and slices). Being a big supporter of small businesses, I ordered 4. All I can say is I'm super happy I don't live closer. The chicken bacon hand pie was delicious. Big pieces of chicken in a flavorful creamy sauce. There may have been some vegetables in it but I was driving and it was unsafe to inspect my pie closely. The caramel apple hand pie was good. Because I'm not an apple pie fan I appreciated that the apples were sliced thinly, not chunky, and I loved the addition of the sanding sugar on top. I ordered the apricot frangipane (AF) for two reasons: it was double-crusted and it didn't have whipped cream on top. I wasn't totally on board with frangipane since my experience with it in boxed chocolates was "meh." Plus they seem to love it on the Great British Bake-Off and it always looks so unappealing. But paired with the tartness of the apricots and a crust that reminded me of shortbread, I think the AF was my favorite, though I haven't tried the blueberry lemon yet. If you love pie, go to Pie Dreams and have a slice or three (no judgment here). If you're not sure or don't think you like pie, go to Pie Dreams. You may surprise yourself.

I finally made it there and found the market to be quite small however it was perfect for me. I bought my fruits and veggies and when I turned to go to the next lane/aisle. I saw this Filipino booth with about half a dozen customers in line. I joined the line and watching what customers were ordering. It seemed like it was more stews and bbq sticks. I ended up with empanada bc they were small enough to enjoy while I finish my shopping. I am picky with my empanada, because I have had some that are mostly all bread or dough. However, I was pleasantly surprised they had flavor, and the outer dough was a little bit crispy and lightly doughy, but not over exaggerated so for me, I was pleasantly happy with the dough to meat ratio. The meat which I later found out was ground chicken was seasoned really well and it was moist. But keep in mind, they look small, but taste big :) So the next time I return, I will be sure to buy even more of the empanadas. If they sold them Unfried and frozen I would certainly like to buy a bag for my freezer for those moments that you just need a quick bite..
