We called 2 more times and were assured a bus was on the way. Saw lots of other off-airport parking busses come and go. After 45 minutes, a lady who worked at the airport asked who we were waiting on and we told them. She said they don't pick up here and directed us 2 floors down. We went down and called again and told the person answering the phone where we moved to. We were finally picked up after 1:20. Unreasonable. I complained to the manager when I arrived back at the lot and he offered no apology or discount and simply said they were sending busses. I would never use this service again.

Parking on the street here is super cheap something like a dollar or something an hour, which is incredible compared to Chicago it almost $15-$26 an hour depending on where you are. This area is so super cute and quaint. It has some of the best shops ever and it also has some great eating options where you want to sit down or you just wanna grab something and walk around as well. There is even a huge courtyard area where you can sit outside and have a laptop. Have a meeting and enjoy your coffee as well. I came here several times during my visit to Atlanta for both meals as well as shopping as well as some service work too I would definitely be coming back here again and look forward to more of the empty spaces being filled up with more stores and more food options

Ha ha haaaaaa!!! (use the voice of the witch from wizard of oz when you read this) As for parking...your best bet is to download the app Parking Panda and reserve your spot. The garage itself is very clean and the elevators were working properly. Super friendly attendants....highly recommend them!

Today the price was jumped to 27.50! Because it is Christmas and there are a lot of Holiday Travelers (according to one employee) "have difficulty finding parking during the Christmas rush so we are raising prices to make money" If Spot is profitable with regular traffic, the when they jump prices 50% then this indeed is a huge windfall. To me it is reminiscent of the people selling water after a natural disaster at exhorabent prices. Since I believe this type of predatory price gouging to be unethical and immoral I will not be using this service going forward. And in addition, the service has taken a nose dive since the buy out. Checking in is now a painfully slow process even when you make a reservation and pay in advance.
