Awful and most unprofessional moving service in town. The movers showed up 7 hours later and brought the smallest truck. Hours were spent trying to dismantle items to fit them on the truck (half of them were left behind). Upon arrival in the new location,the movers wouldn't unload the items until I agreed to pay them (while children 3 and 5 were sleeping on the floor). I paid them and they assured me that they will finish the move the morning. While unloading, they broke our new TV and its base.The manager asked me to not tell the company about the incident and he assured me he would fix it for me next day.Next day I noticed more damage done (scraped furniture, destroyed carpets, etc). Regardless I showed up at the old house for the second day of moving. Movers called it off and told me they couldn't make it until next day. Knowing that I have to work next day, I told the manager that I would leave the house key under a doormat for the movers to enter the house, to which he agreed. Next day, the movers entered the house (again moved only few boxes while leaving the rest). They never returned the key to us. Was the house burglarized? I don't know, but many things have turned up missing. I spoke to Mr. Orlando Lynch (the president) and he assured me that he would compensate me for all the damages that occurred. It's been almost 4 months and I have not heard back from them.Claim forms were filled but no compensation took place. Is it possible that I was taken advantage of due to the fact that I am a single mother? Just awful experience and very unprofessional company and a president. Please stay away. read more

I would recommend this moving company to anyone....and have! Demetrius and his team were great to work with. They arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. They were funny, friendly, and got down to business immediately. They put us at ease, did not make us feel like we were asking anything of them that was out of the ordinary, and took care of every request. We had some odd shaped miscellaneous items, lots of stairs, angles, hills, etc, and not once did they complain or make us feel like we were asking too much. The day we moved, was so hot and these guys worked like troopers. They reminded me of an army of worker bees....they would approach a room and within minutes, it was empty! They packed the truck like a giant game of Tetrus! Everything was taken care of, wrapped, and handled with extreme caution. On the unloading end, they wanted me to tell them where to put things.... they were working so quickly, it was hard to keep up with them! On the office end, our closing was delayed and Max was so flexible with dates and times it just removed any anxiety that I was experiencing. I cannot recommend Georgia Peach Movers to you enough! Georgia Peach Movers worked with me on 3 days to get my move accomplished from Cube Smart to a Roswell property with 2 houses. Max, the manager, was able to accommodate me on very short notice, when 2 other companies that I had been working with, had problems to meet my required dates. The move was complex, lots of transferring back and forth between the houses and the storage location. I was very concerned about the size and complexity of the move, since my previous moves with other companies had been a less than pleasant experience. Despite problems with 1 of the 2 trucks, the move went extremely smoothly. The team lead, Booker, could not have been more pleasant, helpful and efficient. 1st and foremost, this was hands down the greatest moving experience I've ever had. Understanding that moving is one of the most frustrating things an individual can do, especially on short notice. These guys made what I was expecting to be a dreadful day into a pleasant relief of responsibility. Being the procrastinator I am I was ill prepared for anyone to walk into my home and start moving my things from place to place. I stood there half packed loose things all over the place and the 3 gentlemen assisting with the move seemed undeterred from my several requests to avoid things until the end of the job. They took apart my bed and my dining room table without a moment's notice and where extremely cautious with every piece.
