I came in this morning because my car was making an insane sound. Sounded like a helicopter was flying right over my head! Turns out it was the amplifier. This place was great! We were referred here by Victor. My husband came here to get his windows tinted. He made sure to come in before they opened because they get super busy. There was actually already a line when he got there and they weren't even open for business yet. I wish I had gone here to get my windows tinted because his came out excellent. They didn't need to be fixed because there were no bubbles. They took their time. It shows in their work. The owner is very honest as well on what he thinks is best for the car. Before my husband came, I called them just to get a quote. I had spent about 10 minutes on the floor because he (forgot his name, but I know it was the owner) was explaining what products he had, what the qualities are for each one, how durable they are, and such. I really appreciated this because what owner stays on the phone explaining this to a potential customer. Other shops I've talked to just told me to come in to see for myself. I lost my car keys and called this business so they could make a key for me from the lock. I was originally quoted $200 for a programed key. An employee came and was unable to program the car key. He charged $100 for coming to my location and leaving a plain metal key without a transponder. This metal key only unlocks the car doors and does not start the car. I was not present when this all happened (my mom was). He told my mom it was $100 and she told him that was not a fair price since he didn't make the key that started the car. We didn't need a key for the sole purpose of opening the doors. My mom called me and he asked to speak to me. He explained he was unable to program the car key and that he would be leaving me a copy of the key he made. From our conversation, it was my understanding that he would be leaving a key with transponder even if it wasn't program. I was okay with that. After charging us $100 I called my mom back so we could look for another locksmith to program the key. She said the key he left could not be programmed because it was just a metal key. I called their business number and he said it was $50 for coming out and $50 for the key he made. At this point I was upset and told him the key he left us was useless. He said to "throw it away". I told him he didn't do the job he came out to do and that I could have removed the door panel and lock myself. I could have taken the lock to another locksmith and had a plain metal key made for less than $50. He said "you can't make a key that way" but that's what he did. So pretty much he charge us $50 for the service of making a key we DID NOT ask for since he could not provide the service of making a key we DID ask for. read more

I had my own stereo so i only paid for the kit and plate thingy $12 and $14 each. There is a sitting area inside the shop. Oh side note Its a small parking/ service area too. I had no problems. Would I go back? Yes. I changed my review because my other stereo guy told me installation should be no more than $25 and he shouldn't charge for a kit because the pockets can be made and they usually have one lying around. That other $13 fee for the cords or whatever already came with the kit. Hope this helped. read more

It's been a week since I've got my tint done and I'm extremely happy with the tinting and customer service! I first asked a friend where he got his tint done and he recommended California Installs since he's gotten all his other cars tinted through them. I did my research on the different tint, percent, and different reviews on tinting while driving during the day vs. night. I'm a visual person and I can't just see examples of tint through pictures/videos online. Martin explained everything, showed visuals, and even made suggestions on what tint works out best for my car. He first suggested to get the front windows tinted to see my cars difference and then proceed w/ all around tint if I was satisfied. I was concerned about driving at night w/ darker tint, but I'm happy with my cars outcome! I've in love w/ my car all over again, lol! Thank you Martin and team! No bubbles. Great customer service. I just got my windows tinted and feel the tinting of the windows was great but gentleman you can't recommend quality of product without emphasizing quality of work. Although Mly windows didn't have any bubbles but that comes apparently with the quality of the tint. I didn't notice until I got home but the outsides and insides of my doors had water stream stains from water that wasn't wiped- not cool. If I'm going to pay top dollar for product then I expect top notch work and attention to detail. My rating is closer to a 4 than a 3 but I can't rate half the 4th star. Friendly respectful people working there but please pay more attention. Update: It will be 1 year since getting my windows tinted in August and my windows look great! They were right, I really wish I had gotten them done sooner. Also, my belt buckle alarm was broken and would ding- I got free advice to cut the wire and guess what?
