We asked for a million extra things, had constant drink refills, and seemed to remember something else every time Joe walked by. Not once did he seem annoyed. He was friendly, patient, and somehow always one step ahead of us--our drinks never sat empty, and he made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask.
