Everything was delicious. My favorite was the artichoke spread bruschetta with a little bit of salt and crunch. Everything we ordered was shareable portions. The espresso martini was cold, refreshing and not alcohol heavy. Ambiance is chill and they have outlets throughout the restaurant so it's a good place for work meetings and studying. I went for a work group meeting and we were there for several hours. We never felt like we were being pushed out. The managers rounded to check on the patrons. And there was a fly that landed in my drink and the manager took my drinks away and gave me another martini. Definitely will go again and try the charcuterie boards. read more

The first was a company happy hour and the second was a date with my fiance. We built our own bruschetta board which was a great recommendation by the waitress. I always have a lovely experience at Postino and consider it my place when I'm there. This time I brought a friend who had never been and she also had a lovely time. One of my favorite parts of dining at Postino is the team service. I love that every person on the team feels responsible for all the diners. To me, it feels like each person does the absolute most to ensure every person has a great experience. On this night, we ate a light dinner starting with a prickly pear margarita for each of us, sharing a board and shrimp scampi, and ending with the donuts. We walked in on a Saturday evening and were seated immediately. I had the P.R.E.A.M. Bowl and my friend had the meatball small plate. We both thoroughly enjoyed our food. They asked allergies, and everything was seasoned well. Waiter was nice and we got everything but the check in a timely manner. My ONLY complaints are that it seems to be a situation where every single waiter will check on you when they pass by... which is sort of nice if you need something, but also was so often it was getting a bit annoying, it is also VERY warm in here. Being that it's a Texas summer, I do not want the inside of a restaurant to be so warm. Was $60 for both of our meals and a glass of wine. Overall, great food and good experience. read more

I knew I came to the right place when I saw a sticker at the hostess station that read "Drinking wine at lunch is not a crime- Postino" The food was delicious and superb in terms of quality ingredients at a quality price point. There seems to be a misunderstanding tbh at high prices equate to high quality ingredients. I've been disappointed in the past, and the quality of the cheese on the Chefs Charcuterie and the meat in the meatballs & goat cheese earned this place its fifth star. read more

We had such a wonderful evening at Postino on Broadway! From start to finish, everything was top-tier. We began with a Chenin Blanc called Una Más -- dry with a hint of floral, and clearly a hit because we ended up enjoying two bottles! The crispy cauliflower is always a must-have for us, and it didn't disappoint (as usual). We tried the mushroom fondue for the first time and it was deliciously rich and comforting. For dinner, I had the prosciutto and Brie panini -- the perfect balance of sweet and salty, all on that amazing focaccia. My husband had the chicken and mozzarella panini, and honestly... it stole the show. So flavorful and perfectly done. But the true highlight of our night was the incredible service. Our server, Kat, was outstanding -- so warm, attentive, and clearly loved by the entire team. The positive energy between her, Beyoncé, Edward, and their manager Mario was contagious and made the whole experience feel special. You could really tell this is a team that loves what they do, and it made our night unforgettable. Came in for a work lunch with a group of 10. The restaurant itself has an art deco vibe which is nice. We had made a reservation ahead of time and when we arrived, they still had to setup the tables for us. Once sat, our waiter came by to get our orders, which brings me to my first issue, which was was the menu. It was very confusing on what came with the food. The menu makes it sounds like some of the options came with chips or salad, or upcharge $2 for a soup, but was told no that it's only if you order one thing and not the other. When asking the waiter, he made it sound more confusing. For the price they charge, it needs to come with some sort of side. When food came out, it was very nicely presented and "looked" hot, but it was the opposite and brings the second issue. My sandwich had a lot of bread and not much filling, felt like they were stingy on loading it up. Few of my coworkers said that their meals looked steamy hot but was just room temperature or barely warm. The chips that they serve were very hard and flavorless. My coworkers did mention that the chicken Florentine soup was good though. The last thing was when a coworker asked about the military discount. The waitress said they do but they don't have a manager around to do it. In the end, this place is a pass for me. Not impressed by the food, the price or the service. read more

They have a lot of good food options to choose from that I have yet to try but so far have only had the prosciutto and brie panini and don't know if i'll be able to ever get anything else.This was a must for me to try bc I am a sucker for sweet and savory. The sweetness of the fig jam with the mix of cheese and meat was unbelievable. Their focaccia bread tasted very fresh and had an amazing crunch. I also tried their apricot arnold palmer and wow, it was so good. The service I had was great, just picked up my food to go. I would like to dine in sometime soon though. However, I will say I had a several people did ask me if I had been helped while I waited for my food which I appreciated because I never felt like I was being ignored. This is definitely one of our new favorite places, located just north of the Pearl. Styled as a combination 'wine bar + bistro', it has a very impressive menu that makes you regret not being able to order numerous dishes. I recommend going with small plates, and sharing some of the larger ones. Their wines are a mix of wines from around the world, with many that I am not familiar with. However, the staff is very eager to provide tastes, so you won't go wrong. We started with the OMG Grilled Cheese appetizer, which was very good. We also tried the pistachio bruschetta. It was good, but I will try one of the others next time. My wife and I then split the green garden chicken chop (the kitchen graciously plated it individually for us). This was the hit of the evening for us, as the flavors were amazing with the mint and cilantro. The chicken was shaved very thin, which key to blending the flavors and not allowing one component to take over. When we commented on the rest of the menu, and asked about the 'soup of the moment', they were quick to offer a taste of the Chicken Florentine, which was amazing! The decor was artistic and very enjoyable, with ample indoor and outdoor seating including outdoor bar seating and a comfortable seating area around a fireplace. I like the way that they take a 'team' approach to servicing tables. I think that we had three different servers that took care of us, so we never had to wave anyone down. Extra bonus points for the ample free parking in the back. I recommend reservations as they were getting crowded by the time we left. read more
