Promises about time frames for completion go unfulfilled. Service manager upset with me for being a person he says will never be satisfied, when all I expect is to be treated fairly and to be informed as to what to expect from them which I did not get at any time. Receptionist (Carrie) is not very friendly at all when she answers the phone. Every time I called, it was like I was bothersome to her, voice very monotone. When calling, they do not make you feel as if you are their priority or even a potential customer for that matter. Be careful here, don't get your hopes up high.

I called today to verify and ask what time I should drop my car off tomorrow, when I was informed that I'm not on the schedule at all. So this is taking 12 days off of my insurance paid for rental. I will admit I lost my temper with the person on the phone, but she was completely unsympathetic, and did not care one way or the other that this really screwed with my insurance coverage of my rental and my ability to get back and forth to work. When I asked her if she had a supervisor she goes yes. I said can I speak to them? And she says they're not here and didn't offer to leave a message or have them call me back. The Gerber collision in Yukon was able to get me into in 3 days, and were sympathetic and apologetic for actions of the El Reno location.
