The Worst BMW experience Ever, and will never go to Germaine BMW in Naples Fl..! In 2012 I bought a 2001 preowned 325i with less than 36,000 miles which I thought WOW great mileage. The warranty was offered , then refused after I got home and changed my mind about purchasing one. I was given the story about how it was an old car so they couldn't sell me the warranty. I ask why offer it if you then, or why sell the old car?..When I initially looked at the car, The dishonest preowned salesman gave me the talk about how he had someone coming in at the moment to look at the car because they just had an old couple drop it off for trade in. I needed an extra car for my daughter and purchased the car.the salesman promise to have the car checked out by the service department ,cleaned and buffed up the next day , "seeing it just came in and wasn't even on the sales floor as yet. " I came back the next day to find that the car still smelled like smoke and it wasn't cleaned at all...Silly me took the car because my daughter needed a car to get to school and work, and I didn't want her stressed out since she was an A plus student. I gave her the Toyota Prius I had, and I the BMW 325i. A few days later my aunt died on the east coast ,..I took the Prius not wanting to put mileage on my BMW . I came back a few days later , 4 days to be exact and the car stood dead in my driveway.i called BMW and ask them to come and get the car because they obviously didn't chech the car over as the preowned salesman told me. That was just the beginning after they checked out the car , it ran for a few months before dying on me almost in the middle of a busy highway with motorist honking their horns at me...I hobbled to a park just off the highway where I called AAA, and the tow truck guy had to just about push it onto his lift.He transported it to BMW who checked it over telling me there was nothing wrong with the car. A few months later the drivers side Window stopped working it cost ..600.00 dollars at BMW, then a few months later the passenger window motor went....I refused to go to Germaine BMW to pay another 600.00 for the other windows. I went to a mechanic outside my development gate on Livingston Rd had it serviced there and ask him to just get the other window up where it would stay up. Then a few months later both back windows went as well. I called up BMW financial services each time to alert them that I was sold a Lemmon..and wished to return the car to the dealership.."Oh but it will put a Black mark on your credit they said."it would be voluntary whateverrrrr...I should have done it long time ago and told them where to go. When I moved to ft Myers , I went for service at BMW where they gave me an estimate for 1600 dollars of repairs, saying they will work with me ...then the car started leaking oil after that service. I was not in a hurry to go back there either. Long story short, this year 2015 I put $2000 into the car ..for a water pump , and a belt , after the steering wheel refuse to turn . Good thing I was a block from home.and by the grace of God had a friend follow me home to ensure safety... Not even a month later the bushings had to be replaced , all of this in ft Myers where I now live. Lastly ,the car died in a plaza in ft Myers Fl , and that was the last straw..I called the tow truck and told them to drop it off at BMW. At least when I arrived at ft Myers dealership they didn't give me much of a hassle . I Gave them the key and told the how I put all my money into that car , the last 425 dollars for the pump and belt just after I took time off from work for anxiety and migranes . BMW ft Myers they did their best to calm me down..one sales or service guy giving me a bottle of water. Still I believe that every sales man should be checkout before you buy a new or used BMW because they are lyers and will never get a chance to legally Rob this single mother with a daughter in University. I happily gave them the key and told them I don't care how they get it to Naples Germaine BMW..at this point my Prius was better than a BMW..that's where I will go to look for my next car. My recent experience with Germain BMW was extremely disappointing. My son visited the dealership to explore lease options for a BMW X1 or X3. What should have been a straightforward process quickly became frustrating due to poor communication, confusing negotiations, and a lack of transparency throughout the process. The most upsetting part of the experience involved Ascena Darcin. Despite the fact that I was handling the discussions and negotiations remotely, communication was inconsistent and it often felt as though she preferred to deal only with my husband while excluding me from important parts of the transaction. Even though I was the one investing significant time researching vehicles, reviewing numbers, and communicating with the dealership, my involvement seemed to be minimized rather than respected. In addition, the tone of Ascena Darcin's texts were often rude and dismissive, which only added to my frustration and reinforced the feeling that my questions and concerns were not being taken seriously. The interaction left me feeling dismissed, undervalued, and overlooked. As someone who had invested significant time researching vehicles, reviewing numbers, and communicating with the dealership, I expected a higher level of professionalism and customer service. Instead, I was left with the impression that my input and questions were not given the same consideration, which made the experience particularly frustrating. Beyond that issue, the overall process lacked transparency. The numbers seemed to change, explanations were unclear, and it became difficult to understand exactly what was being offered. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt as though I was constantly trying to get straightforward answers. Purchasing or leasing a vehicle is a significant financial decision, and customers deserve clear communication, honesty, and respect throughout the transaction. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had with Germain BMW. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership and would encourage prospective customers to carefully evaluate both the numbers and the level of customer service they receive before making a decision. read more

I live in the Orlando area. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle. Every time I went on-line BMW .9% financing came up. I contacted the BMW dealer in Winter Park Florida, and got nowhere with pricing. I started searching all BMW dealer websites in Florida, investigating pricing a 2011 328i. While inquiring with co-workers & clients, Germain BMW came up more than once. So I went on-line checked out Germain BMW web-site, and noticed their web-site was the most transparent with great pricing and specials. Once again I had no intention to purchase, just going on- line between clients. I emailed Germain describing what I was looking for and received a reply from Jeramy Rogacki. Jeramy mentioned they would have exactly what I was looking for next week. He provided upfront pricing and requested Pic's of my trade-in which I provided. After a short period of negotiation on-line, I received a fair appraisal on my existing vehicle and a great price on 328i vehicle. After 2 days pondering about what to do, I contacted Jeramy and decided to purchase. I live in the Orlando area, so this is a four hour drive each way. Upon arriving at Germain my vehicle was appraised, and all pricing done on-line was agreed upon as is. I saved $7,258 between the Winter Park dealer price and Germain price. This was a great car buying experience, I enjoyed all members of the Germain Team, "they made me a buyer". Keep up the great work Jeramy, Chris & Shaun you guys are great! The absolute best BMW dealership I have ever worked with! My husband and I drove from Cape Coral passing the Fort Myers dealership to meet with the Sales Manager David Walker-Hughes. Prior to meeting David I reached out through an email with exactly what I was looking for and where I needed to be on price. I had initially met with a salesman at the Fort Myers dealership but was not at all treated as if they needed or wanted my business. Needless to say David was the main reason we chose to by our BMW from Germain. David took out time and sat with us and a sales person named Dave (who by the way was also very professional and eager to please) and exhausted all measures to find me the right car at the price I needed to be at. He made good on all promises, walked us through the entire process and even assisted with a question I had 2 weeks later without hesitation. Clearly Germain deals with many different tiers of clients but I can tell you that no matter what vehicle you chose you get treated like you are the only customer they have. How genuinely refreshing to see! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and David the Sales Manager to anyone looking for a BMW. Go see David!! read more

I was driving from Naples to Maryland a few weeks ago. Just outside of Richmond my 535 xi started to slow down and ran rough but was I able to get it to a BMW dealer by 11:00AM. I picked up my car that night after paying over $2000 for the repair. I recently returned to Naples and sent an email to my Service guy at Germain BMW Brian Cox and explained the experience and cost. I also sent Brian a copy of my invoice from the other BMW dealer and asked whey he wasn't able to see this coming. Brian returned the email explaining that it was something that doesn't show up it just stops working. Brian also sent me warranty information on the car and said to call the other dealer back and forward them warranty report and to see how they would respond......I am getting a check for the entire amount over $2000 sent back to me.. I brought my BMW into Germain recently for brake service, including a rotor replacement, and the entire experience was top-notch. Jeremy, my service advisor, was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Like a lot of people, I was a bit hesitant to go to a dealership instead of an independent shop--I assumed it would cost more. But that wasn't the case at all. Jeremy actually helped save me money by recommending the most efficient way to get everything done without compromising on quality. The work was done quickly, everything was explained clearly, and there were no surprises. From start to finish, it was a five-star experience. Outstanding service. I have had a serious defective active steering problem in my 2012 BMW X5 for the past 2 1/2 years. There was excessive "play" in the steering and it was difficult, if not dangerous, to steer when encountering ruts in the road and in snowy conditions. The northern Michigan dealer that sold me the car kept insisting there was nothing wrong. When I took it to Germain BMW, their service representative, Moises Marante, not only provided personable service, but he also pursued the problem. The service department staff determined that the active steering rack required replacement. The car now steers perfectly like the previous BMW's I've owned. My sincere thanks to Germain BMW's service department and especially Moises Marante. I will know where to go to purchase my next BMW. read more

The service department at Germain BMW is outstanding. I've had plenty of experience with them, and it was generally a pleasure to take my car in - a huge contrast with service departments elsewhere. They gave me excellent advice about my hurricane-damaged BMW. I regretted buying four new tires at Costco in an effort to save money - Germain BMW prices were the same! I haven't been lucky on the buying side, but that may be unusual. I'm about to buy another new BMW, and I'll be going to Fort Myers again. But I'll be using Germain BMW service department. read more

Despite an initial hiccup with the "negotiation" process, they came through with flying colors and show a real interest in securing clients for life through personalized and client centered service. Going in with a TrueCar price quote helped solidify the deal since their initial best offer was not! They were even able to negotiate a lower interest rate on the car loan, despite their push to lease the vehicle - which was not what we were interested in at all. Hi is always spot on with what my car needs, never tries to upsell me (which happened all the time with other non-BMW dealerships I have been to) and the costs are right where they should be for BMW repairs.
