I came to Tire Choice, and they tried to fix the flat , but the screw was too close to the sidewall. They took the time to match and order the exact tire to match the other 3 on my vehicle. And it was completed within 24 hours. Importantly, they did not sell me the wrong tire. They did not sell me the Pirelli they had in stock that didn't match but would have made them more money. This place scams people. Please avoid if you can. We wanted to get our tire plugged and would only do it if we paid for full service. We didn't want to do that so we tried to go back and get the tire. They refused to give it back until we paid to get the car serviced which we didn't want nor did we get. We just wanted the tire back and they refused until we canceled the service and they would not let us cancel the service. After confirming my appointment I drove 20 minutes to the tire store and the manager came out immediately and told me that he had no one that could help me because the company took all of his employees. He had no employees in the facility with the exception of himself. I later found out from another Tire choice store that they couldn't get qualified techs because the company would not pay them enough money to hire them!!! would never recommend this company to anyone. brought several cars there for a simple tire patch and they insisted it was not repairable and that I needed new tires... SHOCKER! brought my brand new Lincoln to Germain and asked them if it was true that my tire was not repairable and guess what?? they fixed it in less the 45 minutes less than what tire choice would have charged me... I definitely have to give Tire Choice 5 stars. I was willed a van from my father that passed away. I set up auto transport to have it shipped to where I live in Illinois. The transport company drove the van off the side of the ramps and did a significant amount of Damage. With all that damage the van had to be towed to The tire choice of Naples Park and the manager Mike Davis and his team went way above and beyond to repair my van. These guys inspected every inch of the van. I had a broken idler arm, broken tie rods, bad wheel bearing, broken brake line, 2 blown tires and 2 cut tires. Also a front end alignment in addition to giving my van a oil change and grease. And had it back up and repaired in 2 days. I have to thank Mike Davis the manager personally because he made the whole process easy and pain free. And I was very impressed with his mechanical knowledge and professionalism. He was extremely kind and understanding. This company should be very proud to have a man like this working for them!!! I truly recommend Tire choice of Naples Park for any automotive needs. This place is horrible. They are formerly known as Goodyear and have a one star yelp rating as Goodyear. I assume they changed to Tire Choice in an attempt to fix their reputation. I am a disabled woman. I have Multiple Sclerosis. MS and heat is a lethal combination for people behind the wheel. I had to raise money via donations to get my air conditioner fixed as I am very poor. They offered a 2 year guarantee for the service and charged more than 700 dollars. The air conditioner never worked. Within a couple weeks it was already not working. I brought the car back five times. Each time it would never work for more than a couple of weeks. They would hold onto it for 3-4 days each time. I was, of course, never a priority as they were re-fixing a car that was already paid to fix. Finally this last time, they accused me of getting in an accident (I never have) and wanted another near 700 dollars to fix it. This was after they already charged me 700 dollars to NOT fix it the first time. We were patient every single time but this last time I could not believe how heartless and cruel they were, casually ignoring everything we said, not even wanting to listen. They continued to claim my car was in an accident (it wasn't) and continued to shirk responsibility. They took my money -- the hard-earned money of my loved ones who donated so I could drive safely -- and gave me nothing but aggravation in return. So yeah, bring your car here if you want to be charged a ton of money and have it NOT get fixed. read more

They had put new tires on my car about three months ago and it was refreshing to get advice that was beneficial to me rather than simply add to their bottom line! I came in because I had a nail in my tire which is always fun. They informed me it was too close to the sidewall to patch/plug and I would need a new one. I explained I didn't have money for a new tire and the gentleman at the counter said he would find a deal for me. He got me a new tire for $81 which I'm grateful for. I came in with the intention of spending about $20 lol. I did wait quite some time and I understand they're busy so I should've had someone drop me off. But I was happy with the service from the employees to getting a new tire at a lower price.
