I left a 5 star review when the floors were initially installed April of '24. We niced minor transition pieces movement noted around 6 months and then two boards came up in August of 2025. So easy to work with! An estimator came out and gave us a quote. We were on the books within 2 weeks! That arrived on time the morning of and promptly got to work removing the old carpet and baseboards. The majority of the 3 rooms were completed pretty quickly! They then discovered the estimator had under measured and they were short floor boards. The subcontractor searched high and low, found more and brought them to our house so the project could be finished. We were not charged for the extra materials. We asked for kitchen cabinetry upgrade and matching appliances panels. We approved the layout with Parriott Brand semi custom cabinets. David McFarland, the owner's son assured us that the delivery of all items would be within 6 to 8 weeks. He asked and we paid the full amount upfront in order to expedite the delivery. This was the biggest mistake ever. After the initial two months, David started to make excuses about shipping issues due to tariff being levied and the factory has to stop production of units. Finally, in Nov 2025 he delivered only half of the the required items and then refused to install them. Because, we had to move out of our house due to no functioning kitchen and to avoid additional temporary housing costs, we paid the general contractor to do the installation. Finally, in December 2025 after numerous nerve reckoning messages and phone calls, we received the remaining cabinets without any panels. And, as of today we are still waiting for the refrigerator panel. Anyone who wants to keep his sanity must never deal with these folks. They have fraudulent business practices and terrible customer service. They blatantly lie to their customers about delivery and once they have your money they will ignore you forever. Do not even step-in in their store because you will regret any busniness dealings with these folks. read more

Selling laminate that is illegal to sell in the state of California due to formaldehyde emissions. Not only are they selling cheap quality laminate, but E1 laminate that is toxic and not allowed to be sold in California. Our laminate started to chip around the entire house only a year after installation. Upon addressing this concern with their manager David he handled this situation very unprofessionally. There was no proper communication, no follow-up, and he deliberately ignored our calls/texts. He told us to have a flooring contractor inspect our laminate for defects, so we did. Upon inspection it was confirmed that our laminate is cheap quality, why it has been chipping so quickly, and on top of that illegal to be sold in California. I am beyond frustrated with this store as I have a newborn and a toddler who are being exposed to formaldehyde which is majorly toxic. Will be contacting my attorney. Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere. read more

I worked with Davis Gergi who gave me a great price compared to all of the other places who came out to give me an estimate for 2,700 + sq ft. I was looking for LVP that was at least 6 feel long, 9 inches wide and warm tones with a lot of variation in the product. It is plastic, but wanted the warmth of real wood, and found the perfect flooring. Regarding the installation - Lilian w/ LR Flooring and his team did a fabulous job. I wished I could afford real hardwood vs Luxury Vinal Plastic (waterproof) and 7" baseboards. These guys were so respectful, showed up on time. I couldn't be happier that I went with German Flooring, and highly recommend them. read more

Their flooring is cheap quality and their customer service is horrible I have a house full of vinyl flooring where the tongue and groove is ripping off. I have to now completely change my flooring. I know now to go with a better company with quality products and good customer service. I feel cheated. The floors are cracking everywhere, there are sharp edges sticking out from each end. This is really unsafe for kids in the house as it keeps poking their feet. We had the floors put in March of 2020 and literally within a year we started to see pieces crack and break. Very cheap quality, definitely do more research before getting their products. We regret our decision very much and would not want to see other families go through this disaster. All that money and effort went to waste. I wish I spent little bit more money and went with a better company. read more

I purchased flooring 1,700 sq feet in 2020. Today they quoted me almost 40% higher. They said they will meet me half way with only a 17% increase from when I purchased last year. They are "accounting for inflation" I only needed an additional couple hundred sq feet. They own the product, so I'm not sure how materials already in hand are affected by inflation. This place is a rip off if you need additional product. Please customers be aware of this place. I dislike being taken advantage of in times like this. read more

I was not expecting such professionalism and knowledge from Lana. As a contractor I look for the best value for my customers. Lana was able to find the perfect floors and pad for my projects while saving me $. I could get cheaper but not this high of a quality product for the price. Guys at the warehouse were also just as professional and helpful when I picked up my order. Very friendly and quick. I won't go anywhere else for my flooring needs. I bought hardwood floor about 3 weeks ago from Prestige Flooring. I didn't know I have to go to different warehouses to pick up. Originally, they told me that they were not at the warehouse that have the hardwood floor that I purchased so I have to pick up at a different day because Andre (warehouse manager) too lazy to go to the other warehouse. I told them I needed to pick up right away and they was ok to go to the other warehouse. When I got there, they were loading for a different truck and totally ignore me for the whole time which was really bad customer service. I was short on the hardwood floor so I came to order 1 more box. I told Earl to make sure that I go to the right warehouse to pick up. Earl called Andre and confirmed that they were there and gave me the address. I asked Earl to confirm that was the right warehouse and he confirmed. When I got there, Andre was rude, and very unprofessional for no reason (may be that is how he service the customers) and I couldn't understand him. Finally, I understood that I have to follow one of his guys to a different warehouse to pick up the material. I didn't want to do this and confirmed with earl but obviously Andre was so lazy and he made the customer came to the warehouse was at so he didn't have to go to the different warehouse. Earl lied to me. So I drove to a different warehouse with another guy. When I got there, he didn't have the right key and he made me waited there and went back to get a different key. I was so upset, so I called Earl and Earl gave me an attitude and challenged me to call the owner who is Stefan. He also said if I want to return it, he will do it. He knew I shorted 1 box so he said that. I was about to call Germany Floor (same owner with Prestige Flooring) to come to my house to do the cabinets but I am glad I didn't. First time with them and will be my last and I will let my contractors know not to recommend anyone to this place. read more

Installation was quick, clean and had very friendly, respectful workers installing the floor. I love the new look in my home!!! It made such a difference! It's very high quality too...my 16 month old and dog drags/bangs everything on the ground...his cars, screwdrivers, pots, pans, marker and much more. Amazing experience! Don't be misled by the name. They do more than just flooring! Mike was nothing less than awesome to work with. He came out right away and was very accomodating. They were able to install the quartz tub surround without seams and across the ceiling. They started the job within a week, and finished right away. I was only planning to do part of the kitchen cabinets because u was concerned about how much it might cos, but Mike suggested we do the entire kitchen because i would like their price.....and i did! I absolutely love the way this kitchen and bath looks now! Honestly, i would not have gone there except i was told by a flooring guy (that was referred to me) to go to German Flooring to select the flooring material. They have a nice selection. I had a leak that ended up damaging the flooring in my home. German Flooring gave me a quick and accurate estimate and got started soon after. They replaced my laminate flooring with luxury vinyl, added ceramic tile to my bathrooms and replaced the baseboards with more modern baseboards. Everything was done quickly and looks beautiful! No complaints my parents got some new flooring here for their rental and so I decided to check them out. I was greeted right away and the first guy helping me was trying to look up my dads account so he could show me which one it was on the show room. Anyway Alexandra took over I was very undecided they gave me a few samples to take home and think over. The next day I returned and made my purchase. They are going through some new inventory so some of the products were not stocked anymore. Also due to tariffs with China they also had some price increases. With all that said we still got an incredible deal on new flooring. The colors and options are modern and on trend. This isn't for my forever home so it was more important for me to stay on budget and the style to look good. Didn't use their install service so can't speak to that but I did have my floors delivered for a good deal. Purchased them around 2 pm and they were delivered the same day. I would come back here. The guy Mike that "helped" had the most ugliest personality and should not be working anywhere near people. When we called him to complain that our cabinets have not yet arrived and told him we took time off of work to be here for them to arrive he questioned us to ask if he really did take time off work like ??? REALLY who does that. That's so unprofessional. Our contractor who was supposed to do them for us can't do it now because he has another job after ours. As many common sense people know, Chinese manufacturers put all kinds of toxic chemicals in their laminate floors. These guys suck. Their floor installers are very unprofessional and are not good at what they do. They make a big mess and leave stuff behind. Our house is a big mess right now. They told us it will be a 4 day job and we are on day 6. Its crazy that we have to take off from work for this. We have saw dust everywhere inside our house, garage and driveway. They arrive at the job site late and take long lunch breaks and also will stop whatever they are doing at 5pm saying they only work till 5pm. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I wish i hadn't given them the job. My house is a mess. read more
